Our stay at Kostas's place was wonderful. The communication and instructions where clear and timely. The house had everything we could have asked and more. Our host went an extra mile to make sure we had snacks and drinks when we arrived which left an excellent impression. I would recommend this stay 👌

The accommodation is very quiet, equipped with everything you could possibly need. The surroundings are relatively quiet, within walking distance there is a good restaurant and a snack bar. More going down by the sea is of course more going on. Kostas is a super host. Very friendly and responds immediately to messages. Absolutely recommend!

A double-level sleeping area features two bunk beds, each dressed in bright yellow bedding. The wooden lofted design is complemented by exposed beams, blending rustic charm with modern amenities. We were a family with 3 generations in the Cozy Family House and loved it. Our 3-year-old granddaughter and our family dog Leo felt comfortable on the property and in the house from the start. Although our arrival time was extremely late, our hosts warmly welcomed us and surprised us with a filled fridge and freshly cooked traditional food. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with everything you could think of. The "wild" beach is a 5-minute walk. This beach section is little used, it goes flat into the water and is good for children. Unfortunately, it is not maintained, so there is garbage lying around. A little further on you will find a beach section with beach bars, there are sun loungers and parasols, the use is mostly free if drinks are ordered. Dear Stavroula, We thank you and your dear parents for the lovely stay.

Large sunny apartment in the city center

Vicky's place is awesome! Spacious inside and out, with three bedrooms, a living room, an eat-in kitchen and a *massive* terrace with really cool views of the city. The flat was super clean and well appointed, everything worked fine and there was even air conditioning though we didn't use it. Water pressure in the shower was great, which isn't always the case in southern countries. It's on the top floor of a quiet building (with a lift) so we had total privacy and calm, the only noise was kids playing in the school next door. Vicky was a great host, very helpful and provided excellent restaurant and bar recommendations. And the neighborhood is perfect for bar-hopping: it's a 10-minute walk from the epicenter but the really cool bars are right around the corner, literally within five minutes. Great restaurants too, and there is a discount supermarket at one corner and an all-night shop at the other. There is no parking with the flat but we easily found parking for fifteen euros a night two blocks away, so if you have a car it's no problem, Thessaloniki has lots of valet-style parking garages. I highly recomment Vicky's place if you want to see the best part of Thessaloniki and have a perfect home base to do it from. I would stay there again even if travelling with fewer people (we were three guys).
