Everything was GREAT and excellent. The complex is brand new, very spacious apartment in very good condition. The location - for our view! - optimal: about 150 meters from the main road, an assigned parking space on the premises, about 12-15 minutes drive to Villach city center, direct view of the lake. We also found the pricing very friendly. We are particularly grateful for the allowed checkout 2 hours later. Unrestricted recommendation!

We enjoyed the holiday with Peter and felt very comfortable in his lake bungalow. Especially the direct access to the Seebach and the pedal boats for the guests are a dream. Also noteworthy is the very well equipped kitchen. Peter was very helpful and always in a good mood. A clear recommendation!
