Monthly Rentals in Annemasse

Kirstin apartment is very centrally located in Annemasse, on the large market square. Here, a large market takes place twice a week, with everything you need. Events are also held on the square every once in a while. I was in the apartment for 7 weeks professionally and felt comfortable. My family visited for a week and also during this time we felt comfortable. Geneva is very close and you can do many things on the Swiss side as well as on the French side. The apartment has everything you need for a long-term stay.

Very well-equipped studio with everything you need for short or longer stays. The location is very convenient as it is close to a tram stop (3 mins walk) where you can go directly to Geneva downtown in about 25 mins. Annemasse downtown is about 15mins walk and there is a small supermarket very close to the apartment, while some larger ones one stop away with the tram. Pascale was an excellent host, very helpful and communicative with everything I needed. All that in a very good price for the standards of this area.

The location of the listing is in hyper-center so it's a good thing but to know that it is located on a busy street so quite lively and noisy in the evening. The accommodation itself is great, well equipped, a lot of storage and cozy, the beds are really large: at 2 in the bed we have plenty of room. Corinne was available and responsive throughout the stay. I recommend it a thousand times, thanks again!
