The house is situated in a sunny and quiet location with adjacent forest & natural garden including garden lounge. On the balcony you enjoy an incomparable panoramic view to the Tennen Mountains. From Abtenau, you can quickly reach many worthwhile excursion destinations.

If you stay at this centrally located home, your family has all the important points of contact close by. Your parking is free and right in front of the entrance. Use the sauna and BBQ on the sunny terrace for free. You can reach the Salzkammergut, Hallstatt, the Dachstein, Kaprun the Großglockner Hochalpenstraße and the city of Salzburg within 45 minutes by car. It is only 100 m to the valley station of the Kopfbergbahn and 1.5 km to the Donnerkogel gondola lift.

Die Wohnung haben wir auf einzigartiger Weise selbst geplant und gebaut . Sie liegt sehr zentral und doch in ruhiger Lage. Eine Skibushaltestelle ist wenige Meter hinter unserem Haus. In nur fünf Gehminuten erreicht man das Stadtzentum. Wir sind im Mittelpunkt unzähliger namhafter Skigebiete (Reiteralm, Obertauern, Ski Amade, Zauchensee,....) aber auch im Sommer ist dadurch sehr viel geboten!
