The apartment, which was only built in 2020, is comfortably warm in winter (underfloor heating) and pleasantly cool in summer. Our brand-new, tranquil 40 m² apartment is within walking distance of the centre of Strobl and Lake Wolfgang. From the balcony, you have a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape. We provide you with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, stove, dishwasher), children cots, air condition, a washing machine with a dryer, a towel radiator, a bathtub for a relaxing bath, and a garage parking space. For your entertainment or home office needs, we have a Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi.

The Chalet is located in a quiet and sunny location at 820 meters with view to the mountains. The perfect holiday location for anyone looking for relaxation and peace. The health resort of Bad Vigaun is only 6 km away. It is only 26 kms to the Mozart city of Salzburg. The lodge can be reached by car all year round. There are 2 parking spaces including a wallbox. Each sleeping room has a double bed. Sleeping room 2 is only reachable via sleeping room 1 or via entrance door to the terrace.

The medieval salt and Celtic city of Hallein is considered the “little sister” of the cultural city of Salzburg, which can be reached by S-Bahn in approx. 20 minutes.

Am 4000 m2 großen Privatgrundstück befinden sich noch ein kleiner Stall mit Zwergziegen, ein Brunnen, ein Troadkasten und das Wohnhaus des Vermieters.
