Great place to stay in any season. It is especially suitable for families with children.

From the two balconies you have a wonderful view to the mountains and you can see the sunset. A traditional restaurant and a bakery are just 500 m from here. The DesignerOutlet Centre and other shopping malls are just a few kilometres away and ideally reachable by bus. The apartment is perfectly suitable for business travellers, couples, musicians, families or single travellers.

In summer, it is an Eldorado for mountain athletes and mountain bikers. In winter, a great ski resort with over 230 km of perfectly groomed ski slopes. It´s a pleasure to live in our biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a Family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view and is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

From this centrally located accommodation, you can walk to the old city of Salzburg within a 10-minute walk. A bus stop is 100m away. The apartment has 35 square meters and is generously divided. The bathroom has a shower, double sink, towel dryer, hair dryer and illuminated cosmetic mirror. The apartment is on the 1st floor, an elevator is available. A carport parking lot can be rented extra, otherwise parking is available subject to availability.

The Comfort - apartment is located on the 1st floor in our newly renovated VILLA ELISA (built in 1906), ideal for 2-6 guests and comfortably reached via elevator. It consists of 1 sleeping room with 1 double and 1 single bed, 1 bath with shower, sink and modern shower toilet, 1 living/dining room with kitchenette, dining table and a functional sofa. 3 additional guests can comfortably sleep in 1 Murphy double bed and 1 single bed.

Haus Neumayr is located just outside Bruck in a very quiet location. The former farm was completely renovated in 2018. The apartment is in the attic (sloping roof) of the house and can be reached via a separate staircase. The apartment can be locked and is only occupied by the guests. The apartment consists of a kitchen with dining area, a living room, 3 bedrooms with shower and sink, 2 toilets and an anteroom
