A unique & tranquil wooded getaway nestled on a 16 Acre working Christmas tree farm, 15 minutes from Windsor and surrounding towns. This private lower suite, part of the house and it's own entrance & space for up to 4 guests. This is a private guest suite (FULL lower level walkout - approx 1,750 sq ft) within our larger 3-story occupied home. A comfortable home-away with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, living room, and kitchen with full-frig, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric range, toaster oven, microwave and counter that seats 6. New mattresses, bedding, pillows, and towels. Guests welcome to use back patio area with natural fire pit, covered pavilion with gas fire feature, grill and hot tub. Great Wifi and Smart TV.
