I would highly recommend Kevin's place! Everything has been upgraded, but some of the charm is still evident with the brick, high ceilings, and ambience. Totally comfortable, and so much better than a hotel for many reasons. He has truly thought of every creature comfort imaginable. Darling shops, great places to eat, and just a darling little town all at your fingertips. Do yourself a favor, rent it and stay a while, you won't be disappointed. Enjoy!

This Airbnb was so cute & cozy. Located in a safe neighborhood and very quiet! We were in town for a concert at ford field and the location of the Airbnb was perfect. Took us about 20 mins to get downtown. The check in and check out instructions were very clear and very easy. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town. Thanks :))

This is the cleanest and quietest airbnb I have ever stayed in. Everything is extremely well maintained and in perfect working order. Beautiful area and views. Lovely hosts who are very responsive both when booking and during the stay. I would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending this place to others. I had emergency work being done on my house and had to leave immediately – I had booked a different airbnb and it was an absolute nightmare. I found this place while hastily searching for an alternative and I am *so* glad that I ended up choosing it. I showed up totally stressed out, sleep deprived, and starving. Lynette said a quick hi and then let me get on with unpacking. The first thing I noticed was how clean this place is. It is also very low-fragrance (just a few hand soaps and the dish detergent are fragranced). I ended up staying for a week and a half and having such a comfortable, quiet place to stay really helped during this stressful period. Highly recommend.

I've stayed in dozens of Airbnbs over the years. This is one of the easiest ones to instantly rate all 5s. If you like places that are stocked -- book now. So many towels. So many snacks. And so many electrical outlets! It's super clean, quiet and comfortable. The back porch is relaxing. Whether it's birds, windchimes or the chickens next door, just sit back and unwind. I normally stay in Tecumseh once a year, but decided to stay a little further out this time. Super glad I did. It's close enough to drive in and spend an afternoon in Tecumseh (check out Rosie's, which just opened during my stay and was really good.) Also close enough to drive to Adrian and spend an afternoon, which I did for the first time during my stay. (Musgrove+Company is a great coffee shop with locations in both cities.) Back to the Airbnb itself, though. You won't regret staying here. It's clear the host is a real estate agent by the way the place is perfectly staged for an enjoyable stay. I'll be back.

We stayed at Jesse’s place for graduation weekend. Right in the heart of the action. Walking distance to the stadium and the heart of Ann Arbor. The apparent was clean and newly renovated. Jesse was extremely helpful and responsive from the very beginning. I recommend it 100%

Great stay! I stayed for a few months and only had a few difficulties that were resolved. Hosts always answered in timely manner. Comfortable for 1 person, has all the space you could need. Bathroom is renovated very nicely!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The host was incredibly sweet and welcoming, offering tea and coffee that truly made me feel at home. We enjoyed a lovely conversation during a walk, where she shared her passion for plants and flowers, which is her specialty. Her warmth and hospitality really enhanced my experience. Additionally, the place is vibrant and impeccably clean. The bathroom is spotless, featuring a beautiful tub and lovely furniture, along with fresh bedsheets and pillows. The couch in the living room can also be converted into a bed, providing extra sleeping space. I highly recommend staying here! Dr. K

Wonderful host. We stayed in winter time, but wished it had been summer. The lake is beautiful and would be a great place to stay and go out on the lake for the weekend.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly what we needed-clean, comfortable, and conveniently located with easy access to the highway. We were in town for a concert and had no trouble getting to Ford Field with an Uber ride. What really stood out was how our host went above and beyond with thoughtful local recommendations, which made our trip even better. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area! Martha's place is much better than a hotel, in every possible way. Beautiful light from all the windows, comfy bed, charming neighborhood with lovely homes, walkability into town, and a truly peaceful vibe all around. I hope we can come back some day!

Had a nice stay! The location is great, right in the middle of everything, and lots to do around. The apartment was spacious, clean, with a lot of natural light and well equipped. Please note there are a lot of businesses around and noise early in the morning as trucks load and unload in the alley behind it. Also, the bed was too soft for my taste, so not the most comfortable. But I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.

This was the best stay ever. The place was perfect for my quick visit. I lived that it was near to everything. And the shower was perfect size. She was also responsive and gave a refund when I told her my sister could not come.

Rhonda’s place was perfect for our visit to the Big House. Only a few blocks away from the stadium and a 10-15 minute walk into town. The home was extremely clean and we loved the cozy decor. Rhonda was a great host - very responsive and even left some beverages and snacks upon our arrival. Would highly recommend to the AirBnb community!

We really enjoyed our 4 days at Dana’s. Birmingham is a beautiful neighborhood, very sweet neighbors. Dana’s place was very comfortable, shower was hot, small kitchen was perfect to prepare breakfast. We would definitely feel lucky to stay here again.

Very nice. Place Was in pristine condition and felt like a new place. We loved opening the sliding glass door and listening to the birds. Saw deer go by as well. So peaceful!!! Everything is in this small comfy space. It is connected to a house but we didn’t see or hear any noise from others. Thankful to have the washer dryer.

Very responsive when I had questions. Place was perfect for what we needed for the nights stay. Living room area had a very nice couch & tv was huge!

Kendra is very nice. My family stayed here for ten days. The room was as described in the photo. It was well furnished with a beautiful garden to sit in and watch the squirrels run around. The location is close a lake and there is a Kroger in five minutes drive.Kendra was very helpful with our living needs. We enjoyed our stay, I would definitely recommend her house and would choose this house again next time.

It was a real pleasure staying at Meredythe and Bill’s slice of heaven on Clark Lake. Their property is idyllic, wonderfully maintained, and offers so many options for outdoor enjoyment. Our group felt our stresses melt away as soon as we stepped foot out of our car. The lakeside setting is picturesque, and no matter how you spend your time, great memories will be made. Meredythe and Bill were friendly and accommodating hosts, who made sure all of our needs were met, including giving us dry wood for a bonfire. We would love to stay at Turtle Cove again and recommend this Airbnb to all travelers!

Stayed for a night and caught a show at royal oaks theater. I couldn’t not recommend this spot more. A few bucks more than a hotel room but so worth it. Insanely close to so many things, great spots to eat and drink, a market next door, quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable and private inside, cool basement vibes.

Ian and Paul were both amazing host. for the apartment, it's very nice and cozy, especially the bathroom toilet, owww I freaking loved it. The location is quite and the area is close to Ferndale local restaurants. How nice are the host? : By the day I lost my luggage and I thought I lost it when I was there. Ian and Paul were very nice people that they helped me change security door camera footage. Even tho we didnt find it, the effort they put for me meant a lot to me. A week later, a local restaurant found my contact through airline and contacted me said they had my luggage. It was my fault for not remembering it. But I just wanna say a big thank you for these amazing host. total 5 stars 🌟

Great location, great communication, and a beautiful little apartment with amazing amenities and close parking. I will likely look to rent again on all future trips back to this area.
