Vacation rentals in Animas Forks

We’ve visited Pagosa Springs several times. This visit stood out because of the wonderful location along the San Juan River within walking distance of town. This allowed our family to easily go into town for coffee in the morning and the hot springs in the afternoon/ evening. We had a wonderful time sitting outside and hearing the sound of the soothing water. Great place!

We had a fantastic week! Beautiful place, great location, plenty of room to spread out (two families), shuttle made getting to the resort a breeze (the app is a little clunky but gets the job done). Would absolutely stay here again.

Megan’s place is amazing. Just as described! We would definitely recommend and would love to return one day. We spent half our time on the slopes and half our time at the hot springs. Hot springs are walking distance. We recommend renting your ski equipment in town as opposed to on the mountain. Ski rental place in town is within walking distance as well and they are very helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to return!

Love love love this place! Perfect location, close to both Ouray and Ridgway. Beautiful view and setting. Loved cooking in the kitchen, sitting on the back porch, watching wildlife. Even woke up early and got to see the Milky Way every morning. Thank you Tara for such a wonderful stay!

It was great I was hesitant staying in a place that someone lived in, but it was fine.

Great place! Location is close to everything. There’s no need for a car once in town. We were provided with so many dining and bar options beforehand. I would stay here again for sure!

Pete and Nikki were responsive, understanding, friendly, and accommodating. The place was exactly as described online and me and my friends had a wonderful few days enjoying both the town and the home. It is absolutely wonderful for small groups of 4-6 people to have a cozy hangout and launch point for the Springs, Wolf Creek, Durango/Purgatory/Mesa Verde and return home to a place where all can diffuse, relax, and take the 2 minutes walk to the river park down the road. This was my tenth time in PS and my favorite experience so far

We had great spring ski trip to Pagosa Springs. Would definitely book this place again next time. Hot tub is added bonus at the end of a ski day. Plenty of space and easy to walk to Main Street for drinks and meals.

Laurie’s place was exactly what I expected. Having been there previously I knew this building was older. Laurie did a great job keeping the condo minimal but still provided everything you could need. It was just a short walk to the lifts and was so nice being right at the ski resort and not having to deal with parking, etc. Definitely worth the price.
