I stayed here for a short break. Stuart provided clear instructions how to find the property. I was within walking distance of local amenities, including what seemed to be some very nice restaurants and a beautiful beach. Ideal for a walk with my dog. Stuart also has a little dog who is impeccably well behaved and non casting. Other places I visited were Lunan Bay and Monikie Country Park. Both were ideal for a walk. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and was an ideal base for my break. Stuart was a lovely host who was on hand to answer any questions I had regarding places to visit, etc. I hope to return at some point. Thank you Stuart.

I have had many stays at The Kepties and will continue to visit when I am in Arbroath. The place is inviting, clean and warm in a very central location right by the train station.

Another perfect stay at Harbour Haven. The large dining kitchen gives us somewhere to sit in the morning if the sofa bed in the living room is still occupied. The master bedroom is incredibly spacious with a generous four-poster. The flat has recently been renovated, though it was already in great condition. As always, the standout is the location. It’s perfectly situated between the high street and the promenade and the living room boasts the most glorious view of the harbour and the sea beyond. This is our third stay at Harbour Haven and we couldn’t recommend it strongly enough. The hosts are always so responsive, approachable and friendly.

I had a great stay in Hamish's apartment. Very easy check in using the keybox and everything was lovely and clean in the apartment. No problem at all with parking, always some spaces available either outside the block or in one of the adjacent streets. What a beautiful little town Broughty Ferry is - 5 minutes walk to the beach, lots of pubs, cafe's, bar and restaurants all within walking distance. Hamish is a lovely chap and responds quickly to any questions or problems.

We stayed for 2 nights and would highly recommend this property. Great location in centre of Broughty Ferry, a few minutes walk from all that Broughty Ferry has to offer. The flat had everything you could possibly need, was spacious and spotlessly clean. Communication with our host Hamish was always excellent. We would definitely stay there again next time we visit

Another great stay at the Bothy. Henry and John are very friendly and can't be more helpful. The wildlife you see here is brilliant and really makes the stay. I will definitely stay again and would highly recommend The Bothy.

My husband and I were greeted by Maura, who was very friendly and helped us settle in. We felt at home almost immediately; the sofa is really comfortable. Everything you need has been considered and everything was well appointed. Good quality soft furnishings and relaxing decor. We really enjoyed it. Broughty Ferry is a beautiful place and being so close to everything just felt easy… we had ice cream on the way home from our evening walk and steppedback in minutes, fantastic! There are quite a few steps to get to the apartment, but it’s quirky and we liked that it still felt tucked away and secluded. Parking was fine, no charge at the top of the hill, which is a two minute walk or I imagine you could pay and park opposite. For off loading there’s plenty of space on the road which isn’t busy. I would definitely recommend a visit. Thanks you Maura.

Great flat that was such a fabulous base for an extended work stay in Dundee. Was very easy to get to, and had everything you needed! A real home from home. Would love to stay again.

We had a very comfortable and pleasant 2 week stay. We drove and the location was quite close to the city center, shops, and free parking was easily accessible on the street. The apartment was very clean and everything worked well. Our host Asif was super responsive to questions.

Where do I even begin, Julie's place was absolutely wonderful. My group and I could have never picked a better place. Julie's place made us feel right at home, had such clear instructions, and just so beautiful. It was a pleasure to have the privilege of staying here, and would 10/10 do it again

Stayed here with my two sons and father in law, for a few days golfing. We all couldn’t recommend this apartment highly enough. Plenty of space and very comfortable. Nice walk into town for restaurants and bars.

Lovely flat and super spacious. In a nice, quiet neighbourhood with great access to buses to the city centre.

We only stayed one night - checked in late and left early between two busy (and wonderful) days of golf. But if you are staying in Carnoustie- this is a great place to stay. Property is immaculate and accommodations and beds were great. View is straight out over the green and to the sea within 1 minute walk to the Carnoustie clubhouse. Parking was easy in the back and access was easy (you are up 3 flights of stairs) - but the view overcomes that issue quickly! If I was coming back to Carnoustie I would definitely recommend staying in Gray’s property.

Warm and welcoming apartment in a great location over looking the park with plenty of free parking. The flat is well equipped and as everything you would need for your stay. The host communicated well before, during and after the booking. Would recommend and would stay again.

Alexander and Gail communicated well from the point of booking. Check in was straightforward, with Alexander messaging with instructions prior to us arriving. We were greeted on arrival which was appreciated. They were the perfect hosts in that they were unintrusive but were on hand if we had any issues. This is a beautiful property in a tranquil location, but within easy walking distance of the town centre. It had everything we needed and more. The tea, coffee, fresh milk and shortbread was welcome on arrival. We had absolutely no issues or reason to complain. We hope to be back. Highly recommended
