Quiet and comfortably stylish, John and Janine’s place was a delight to stay in and they are lovely and welcoming hosts. We had an awesome little stay away.

A MUST STAY! What a weekend we had! The most ideal spot, felt right at home. So clean, neat and didn’t have to worry about a thing! Karen has thought of it all. You’re probably walking around wondering “how do I turn on this” well there’s a note right there with instructions. Lots of recommendations of local places to eat and see. Our family had a great time and didn’t want to leave! Karen is the most responsive, easy going host ever! And she gives great instructions as well. You won’t be disappointed in staying here !

Rod’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Excellent communication and felt very welcomed in the little surf shack.

We had a perfect stay at the Hideaway, Sam and Celeste have worked hard to make the place feel like a functional and cosy home and we felt instantly relaxed when we arrived. Luxe bedding, the massive couch for cat naps in the sun, loads of privacy on the back deck with the lush garden and a well stocked and utensil-loaded kitchen were all things that made our stay heavenly! Plus having a bedroom with ensuite at the opposite end of the house to the other bedrooms was great to give everyone their own space. Sam and Celeste have also created a fab local guide and every one of their recommendations was spot on, Anglesea (and the surrounding area) is a foodie haven. Beach living at its finest, with thoughtful and intentional design and real personality.
