Had really nice stay at Johanna Seaside Cottages 'Farm House', was the perfect country escape we were looking for and the kids loved collecting fresh laid eggs in the morning and having access to an indoor heated pool. Only minor complaint was not being able to connect to the internet Friday evening and not being able contact our host after 5pm. That said, the property caretake (Ben) was super helpful when he checked in the next day. Would definitely recommend if looking for a country escape along the coast.

Cathy has a lovely, cosy place and the house is in a great location, with three very lovely bedrooms.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s place! It had a games room, walkable to all the main spots in Rye. Andrea was awesome to communicate with and super friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend and will be back again!!

I had a fantastic stay at Zoe's Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how immaculate the house was. It was clear that Zoe takes great pride in maintaining her space. Everything I needed was readily available, including some unexpected conveniences like cling wrap and foil, which I often miss at other rentals. Zoe was an outstanding host—always just a message away and quick to respond to any questions I had. Her hospitality truly made my stay enjoyable. The location was a delightful bonus; it was nice and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Zoe’s place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped home away from home. Thank you, Zoe, for a memorable stay! I look forward to returning.

Perfect place for us to spend day at hot springs then relax at. Great balcony for sunset

Cozy space! Private and serene. Your neighbours are the local wild birds that will come at greet you on the porch (especially if you have food!). Warm and inviting. Just want we needed for a short getaway.

Janell and Nathan were fantastic hosts, proactive with their instructions, very responsive, and thoughtful. The property was exactly as advertised. Although I only stayed for one night, it is definitely a place I would love to stay at again for a longer visit. Great place and great hosts!

Loved Shaun's place, great size yard, very clean, fully stocked kitchen and comfy beds. Shaun was lovely and very helpful.

Beautiful little cottage, very simple, basic amenities which is what we prefer when going on holiday with our two young kids. Minimal walking distance to beach, easy parking and walk into town. Really nice stay…

Absolutely beautiful place! Pictures don’t do it justice!! My friends and I stayed here, and were amazed by the amenities, the view and the overall look of the place. Suzie was very quick to respond to our messages, and gave us clear instructions with how to check-in! :) Couldn’t recommend this place enough, wish we could’ve stayed longer 😊

Absolutely loved our stay! This place truly felt like a home away from home – so comfortable and inviting. The space was incredibly relaxing, making it the perfect getaway. It’s a spot that would be wonderful any time of the year. We’ll definitely be back!
