Das liebevoll restaurierte Cottage mit Kamin,Fussbodenheizung,Beamer und grossem Panoramafenster wurde zu einem preisgekrönten Studio umgebauten und bietet Platz für Paare, Freunde und Familien mit Kindern ab 6 Jahren sowie für Yogagruppen und Workshops. Unzählige Badestellen, Wander- und Radwege befinden sich in der Nähe.

A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

It has three bedrooms and one bathroom on each floor. In the living room is a fireplace, for a cozy time on colder days. The village of Knehden is surrounded by the Netzowsee-Metzelthiner Feldmark nature reserve, just 5 km from Templin. The village is located in a hilly landscape. Cranes live here, but also sea eagles and ospreys. You can find otters and beavers as well as kingfishers. In autumn, the crane migration is a particularly impressive experience. 3 lakes are within walking or cycling distance.

A small cottage outside the village. Beautiful views, lots of privacy, close contact with nature, peace and quiet. Direct access to the water, near the forest, plenty of space for walking and cycling. The area is rich in places to visit and viewpoints. You can also meet alpacas.
