The location of the property is in an easily accessible street, close to the beach, calm, peaceful environment, conducive to rest and relaxation. 20 minutes (when traffic is normal) from dream beach and 30 minutes from pine tree beach and 40 minutes from Guarda do Embaú with access by BR 101. Excellent stay, your host Sergio was very Gentil and requested, quickly answered all the questions, making himself available, made the stay wonderful and special. I recommend it.

We came by car from Rio de Janeiro, our experience with the accommodation was great in every way, the location was the highest point of the stay. As we were by car, it was very easy to go to all the possible beaches and the neighborhood has everything you need, from a market to a hospital. we loved it and thought the accommodation was a wonderful cost benefit. Some points need a little attention for those seeking comfort as the main point, the apartment is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator and the apartment has only one double bed and one sofa bed. which served us very well, we liked it so much that we extended the stay by another 4 days. The place is very quiet, great for those who want to rest, wake up early in the morning and watch the sunrise and also for those who like privacy. It is not ideal for bathing, but for boat trip and kayaking is very cool. But for those who like to bathe is also very close to other beaches such as Pinheira, Praia do Sonho, Ponta do Paragaio and Guarda do Embaú.
