Very helpful host. The house is very good, spacious and cozy, great for a large family like ours. The kids loved feeding the fish and also the playground in the condominium.

Excellent refuge, good structure in the house, with several household items, very comfortable beds, all very clean and organized. Excellent Pool for gathering friends. The only point to note is that as it is a place with animals, some people may feel uncomfortable with some odors on the outside of the normal home of a country region, there are also plenty of rubber mosquitoes even with a milder climate, but we have no way to control this.

Erika's place is excellent! Rooms and leisure space exactly like the listing, perfect for family stays. The full kitchen is great for cooking, since the accommodation is not so close to the restaurants of Rancho Queimado - we do not use the barbecue, but it is complete too! The condominium is quiet, despite passing a municipal street behind the house of Erika, and it is possible to walk through the place that is very broad and there is also a waterfall available. Lastly, I would also recommend staying at the Goyah winery, which is following the street of chondonymium. Certainly Erika's accommodation is worth the amount invested and we will come back more often.

Make sure you have something to eat and drink (especially at night and if it's not a weekend), as you may have difficulty finding places that are open. We had a spectacular family weekend. Estefânia, a very kind person and always ready to answer questions. The house is in a very nice, quiet gated community and close to Rancho Queimado (4/5 km) if you need to buy something or even for a tour. The house is very comfortable, cozy and well-equipped. The photos express the reality of the house well. Everything was very clean, with quality bed and bath linens. It has an outdoor area with a barbecue that is very pleasant. I highly recommend it. We'll definitely be back.

The host Estanislau welcomed us very well and always responding very quickly to questions from the reservation of the place until the last day of the stay. The place is a wonderful place to be set in the family, all very organized and clean, many games for children and even adults to have fun, in addition to the animals that we also have access to. We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin. We enjoyed it as a family, swam in the river with cold and invigorating waters, and at night we had a delicious barbecue followed by a bonfire, where we roasted marshmallows. Although there were no lemons for the salad, we found some on the property, which is surrounded by fruit trees. It was a very relaxing experience, perfect for anyone who wants to escape the stress of the city. Also, when we had a problem with our car, Mari was incredibly attentive and helped us solve it with the help of the neighbors. Thank you so much! We'll definitely be back soon
