During autumn and spring, nature invites you to great hikes and excursions. In winter, cross-country trails are offered in the nearby.

Separate shower and toilet are also in the laundry room on the property.

The guest cleans themselves and is responsible for leaving the cottage in the condition it was received.

The cottage is 67 sqm with three bedrooms, a large living room with open plan, fireplace and exit to newly built large terrace. TV is available with access to Netflix (own account needed), YouTube and SVT Play. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher - all appliances are new. The bathroom has a shower, wc and a washer. The whole cottage has undergone a total renovation, completed in the summer of 2019. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

This cozy 65 sqm cottage is located on Hallandsåsen. Surrounded by beautiful beech forest, it offers activities such as hiking, off-road running, and MTB cycling. Swimming area at Västersjön is only 3 km away and in the area there is a swimming pool, tennis court, ping pong table and barbecue area. At Västersjön, the fishing enthusiast can rent a rowboat. It is 15 km to Bike Park. The cottage has amenities such as washing machine, dishwasher and if it is cold it is cozy to warm up by the fireplace.

Renoverad stuga i ett naturskönt och lugnt område uppe på Hallandsåsen. För boende i området finns en 25 meters pool med omklädningsrum och bastu. Poolen öppen juni-augusti. Tennisbana och pingisbord finns vid poolområdet (bokas). I närheten finns det fin natur med stigar för promenader, traillöpning eller mountainbike. Nära ligger också Västersjön som har stränder och badbryggor. Båt för fiske finns att hyra. Ca 20 minuters bilfärd till närliggande stränder. Ca 15 minuter till Ängelholm.

In our garden next to our house (house number 211) there is a cottage (house number 209), a typical Swedish red wooden house with 35 m2 of living space. On the ground floor there is the kitchen (fully equipped incl. electric stove, table fridge), bathroom (shower & toilet) and living/dining room. On the top floor you will find the open bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, including storage space. The guests are welcome in our beautiful green garden overlooking the valley

Peaceful cottage in Lerbäckshult near Västersjön

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis where you live with nature into the corner. Stugan is cozy and simple and invites you to a moment by the fireplace. Nice forest trails, playground, tennis court and sauna are in the area and Västersjön is beautifully located a bit away. Further hiking trails can be found at Djurholmens Nature Reserve.
