Newly renovated fresh cottage with guesthouse. 4 beds in cabin and 4 more in the guest house. Shower and toilet in both the large cottage and the guest house. Modern kitchen, in addition to outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue, charcoal barbecue and pizza oven (gas and charcoal included). The cottage includes access to pools(June-August), mini golf, sauna, tennis court, basketball and football field, all close to the cottage. At short cycling distance there is Västersjön and Rössjön with clean water and many swimming areas. Wonderful nature with plenty of bike and hiking opportunities.

Our private cozy guest cottage located on the most beautiful spot, in the charming old fishing village Svanshall. You will have a glimt of the sea when having breakfast and you are just 1 minute walk from a dip in Skälderviken. If you are here for hiking, Kullaleden is just outside the garden. The cottage is personally decorated with room for 4 persons. One bedroom with a queen sized bed and one sofa bed, double sized.

Lovely cottage in a great location. The decor was personal and cozy and the view of the lake was so beautiful. We were welcomed with a lighted fireplace, and the whole stay was the hosts very welcoming and present. Great hikes nearby. We would love to come again!

Martin is a great host! It was a pleasure for us to stay in this cozy cottage again. We really liked to stay there and definitely will come back again. Apart from the beautiful beach, the amazing woods and the nature reserve or the endless cycling routes, this stay was great because this tiny house gave us a peaceful place to get away from our daily lives. Martin made it very easy for us to be flexible about the arrival and departure date, as well as getting into the house or anything about that. He also always looks out how to make this house even more family friendly which is amazing for us with a two year old. Thank you very much.

We enjoyed four days at Mattias' cozy cabin, which had everything we needed. We searched for a place that was quiet and peaceful, and it filled the location with the forest and nature around to the fullest. Mattias was easy to communicate with and gave us all the necessary instructions.

Boo was nice and received us well. He communicated well what was needed. The accommodation was nice and was close to the beach in a cozy cabin area. We had everything we needed and enjoyed ourselves. The only thing we experienced was unclear was the expectations about cleaning as there was a cleaning fee but despite that, the place exceeded our expectations.

We all really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a good location for excursions to beaches and cities nearby. We also loved the shared pool and table tennis - we used them almost every day. Very nice and sympathetic neighborhood. The house was clean, very cozy and sufficiently equipped. We missed more storage room for our clothes, but it wasn’t a big deal after all. Annika was very responsive, the check in very easy. We will definitely come back!
