Newly renovated fresh cottage with guesthouse. 4 beds in cabin and 4 more in the guest house. Shower and toilet in both the large cottage and the guest house. Modern kitchen, in addition to outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue, charcoal barbecue and pizza oven (gas and charcoal included). The cottage includes access to pools(June-August), mini golf, sauna, tennis court, basketball and football field, all close to the cottage. At short cycling distance there is Västersjön and Rössjön with clean water and many swimming areas. Wonderful nature with plenty of bike and hiking opportunities.

A single-story cabin is surrounded by lush greenery and features a spacious wooden deck. A large umbrella shades a dining area with red chairs, while a grassy yard offers ample outdoor space. Windows allow natural light to fill the cabin.

The cottage is newly renovated in 2024 and offers 56 well-planned sqm with A/C, hallway, living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. Electric car charger. In the cabin association you have a common part in the facility with pool (Jun-Aug) sauna, mini golf course, football pitch, playground & tennis court . Ängelholm & Båstad is 20 minutes away with both city and sandy beaches. Stay winter and summer with proximity to activities for all seasons.

Accommodates 2 adults+ 1 or 2 kids. Kitchen, bathrooms, sleeping alcove with pull-out bed 90-180 wide * 200cm, sleeping loft 105 * 210 cm. Underfloor heating. Close to the house is the area's communal pool (open summertime) , mini golf, boule court, tennis court, football field and playground. Also close to Västersjön and beautiful hiking trails. Welcome to our cozy idyll in Lerbäckshult! The cottage is 67 sqm with two large bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room. There is a glassed-in deck and patios for nice days outdoors. The plot is fenced and spacious with the forest as a neighbor. Just 200 meters away is the communal pool with dressing room and sauna, tennis court, football field and boule court included at the stay during the summer. The cottage is close to the western lake, hiking trails and other excursions. Close to both Ängelholm and Båstad.

TV is available with access to Netflix (own account needed), YouTube and SVT Play. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher - all appliances are new. The bathroom has a shower, wc and a washer. The whole cottage has undergone a total renovation, completed in the summer of 2019. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Excellent location inside the forest, peaceful and private! Relatively close by car to grocery stores. Very comfy and clean! We really enjoyed the jacuzzi and the sound system! Richard and Emelie were very friendly, always responsive and really flexible with the check in and out times! We would definitely visit again in the future!

Our family stayed here during my participation in UTMB KULLAMANNEN. It was the perfect location for the event, walkable and driveable to the centre of Båstad. The home is lovely, and perfect for families, I am sure in summer it is magnificent with the pool! Elin is a fantastic host, who is very responsive and arranged for us to have a high quality cot for our baby, this was very much appreciated and really made our stay relaxed and enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying with Elin, especially if you are looking for somewhere during the yearly UTMB race in Båstad.
