Les Frênes - Malvy Island

Small private island located between Angouleme and Cognac, on the path of the bike path "La Flow vélo", in the immediate vicinity of the pretty beach of Le Bain des Dames. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Many activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: pool, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics, etc. The island is also home to a garden-forest which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!

We welcome you to our cottage "au son de l'eau", a true haven of peace located at the end of a dead end on the banks of the Charente. Its location makes it a quiet place, ideal for unwinding. This property is divided into 3 independent houses. It is established on a plot of 4000m2. Located on the 'Flow Vélo', you can cycle there on a secure axis. This cycle route connects the Charente maritime estuary to Sarlat La Caneda in the Dordogne over 400km.

F1 completely renovated in December 2017, next to the house , composed of a bedroom, a bathroom ( shower, sink), a toilet, a common area with BZ sofa, kitchen and dining area, fridge, stove... large grounds, swimming pool... near the Charente, hiking, 11th century Romanesque church... For the summer season ( July August) our rental is not suitable for long holiday stays, which is why we will not follow up on requests greater than 4 nights.

Come and enjoy a refreshing stay in an unusual Tiny house in the middle of the Charente countryside. A few minutes from the Charente river and its different walks and swimming. You will also enjoy a heated jacuzzi all year round, a large terrace facing the sunset and all the necessary comforts. Ideally located between Cognac and Angouleme, there is no shortage of visits and tourist activities. Two ATVs and two paddle boards are available.
