It was just a short walk to fantastic restaurants and the local beach, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful surroundings without any hassle. I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the very beginning, the host was incredibly accommodating, making sure that everything was set up perfectly for my stay. Communication was outstanding—every time I had a question or needed something, they responded quickly and with such a friendly attitude, making me feel welcome and well taken care of. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing, if not better. It had all the amenities I needed, and the little thoughtful touches throughout really made a difference. The location was also great, making it easy to explore the area. Lou is an absolutely fantastic host. From the very beginning always responsive and engaging with us to make sure we were up to date and kept informed. Lou was also extremely accommodating. The place was exactly what we expected from the listing, bright, clean and had all the amenities we required. Comfortable beds, lots of space and very well taken care of. Everyone absolutely enjoyed the stay and would not hesitate to get any property from Lou in the future. Thank you Lou for making our stay amazing and memorable!

Great location very close to the beach, the place was super clean you literally feel like home. Only downside was the door which was a little bit tricky to open but beside that everything was great.

Fue una estadia hermosa. El alojamiento es perfecto. Comodo, amplio, moderno, super completo. Tanto la piscina como el gimnasio los aprovechamos. La playa es pequeña pero Nassau ofrece varia playas amolias y bellas para disfrutar. Excelente ubicación. Tamara nos dio las instrucciones de ingreso mas una cantidad de consejos para hacer en Nassau. Lo super aprovechamos. Fue muy amable y expeditiva. Nos permitió hacer late checkout que nos ayudo mucho con los horarios de vuelo. Realmente volveria y lo recomiendo!!

Tamara was a most responsive host - always friendly and quick in her replies. You’ll have everything you need there. Her place is clean and as described. The gym is great! Cable Beach is chill - you will not be able to go for a long walks on the beach in front of the complex - it’s is short and with jetties on both sides; there’s no chairs or set-up on the beach itself. The pool was great - always could find a chair & shade/sun. The kitchen was well stocked and made food prep easy. You might consider renting a car depending on how long you were there. Every taxi ride was a minimum of $40 regardless of where you went. Buses got crowded during the week. We got into the habit of walking to BahaMar if we wanted to eat out. It was very handy to have basics at Smittys right next door - along with frozen yogurt and a liquor store. Tamara was also kind enough to set us up with the wonderful Monique who had easy taxi rides for us during the week. All in all, a great stay!

Great spot for an experienced traveler or anyone familiar with the Bahamas. The condo was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with an amazing balcony to enjoy the view. We had a bit of trouble with the check-in process, but aside from that, everything else was smooth. No complaints overall — would stay again!

Wonderful place! Very walkable. We loved going to the beach and the Atlantis food court. We even walked across the bridge to downtown! Loved it here and highly recommend.

Katarinas was stunning! It was in the perfect quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and resorts. I highly recommend and would definitely return!

This was a great place to stay , a fantastic location for the walkability to beaches and Atlantis shops and casino . Very comfortable very clean and the pool was perfect. Die Unterkunft hat dem entsprochen, was wir erwartet hatten. Alles hat soweit gepasst, ausreichend Handtücher. Die Küche ist für die Zubereitung eines kleines Frühstücks ausgestattet

This was a wonderful stay for my sister and I, we walked around primarily and loved how close it was to the beach! If you’re looking for calm and relaxing, this is the place! Anthony and his wife were so accommodating!

William's Airbnb is a home away from away. My daughter and I really felt like it was really our home. William is responsive at anytime and checked on us during our stay and is very helpful. Will definitely spread the word of this airbnb!!!!!!!!! The place was clean and organized as well.

We highly recommend this location and host. Megan and all were very responsive and extremely helpful. I have chronic illness and can get confused easily or ask dumb questions due to my brain fog but they responded quickly and made everything comfortable and easy. The property is amazing with a beach and pool right on site, and the location is great in regards to how close it is to restaurants, beaches, etc. The sunsets on the property were beautiful. Megan and team set up the car rental, Rose Island pig excursion, and cell phone. Everything was very smooth and we really appreciated how easy they made it all for us. The location felt very safe and there were maintenance workers out every morning. Everyone was extremely friendly and super helpful. I can't say enough about this spot it was perfect for our needs. I really appreciate the great communication from the host, the beautiful stay, and everything else about our visit. Again I highly recommend this location and host.
