We had a lovely time! It was super easy to walk to the beach our location felt super private. The bus was right down the street and super easy to navigate getting to the downtown area.

Teresa was an amazing host! This place is definitely a 10/10 highly recommended! I can’t wait to visit again!

Family of four (kids 7 & 9) stayed for 7 nights. The condo was clean, spacious, simple modern decor, comfortable beds, and an incredible deck. AC worked well. Well stocked kitchenware. Grocery, liquor store and restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed the Poop Deck, Blue Sail (casual) and Meze (fine dining). Our kids loved playing in the pool and the surf was fun, but not too intense. Soft, sandy beach. Notable downsides: general wear & tear of outside areas compared to photos, low water pressure, limited anarondack chairs. Overall, this is a great spot if you prefer to avoid the resort crowds and have a local beach practically to yourselves. Easy access to downtown ferry terminal for excursions. Excellent communication from Madison before and throughout our stay. Shout out to Maliek, the driver recommended by hosts. He was prompt to respond, kind and personable.

Great host, very responsive. Was able to answer any questions I had also gave me lots of recommendations. The location itself is 5 mins driving distance from the famous Fish Fry. Neighborhood was very quiet and safe. I would highly recommend grabbing a rental because taxis are not cheap AT ALL.

Deandrea home was beautiful! It completely match the listing. The A/C is cold and the bathroom is beautiful! The host responds quickly! I personally choose to take the bus, but I would recommend renting a car. If you choose to take the bus, the first/last bus stop is not too far from the house, like a 5 min walk. Bus 16 will take you from that starting point, all the way to downtown by the straw market. The fair is $1.50.

Wilhelmina was very nice helpful and responsive. Her place is very close to downtown you can catch a bus or taxi. Place was very very clean and up to date and very nice size. I was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave.

Clean and perfect for our weekend. We needed somewhere to stay while waiting for a visa. This was the perfect spot. Safe and not too far from some restaurants. Definitely need a rental car but a great studio in a safe and quiet area.

This is a great place to stay everything about it is just great. Especially The host is wonderful guy that’s friendly and take good care of me while I was there.

We loved this air b&b and it really started to feel like home! It’s very clean and it has almost everything you need. The room was very comfortable and has all of the amenities such as toaster, towels, snorkel, wifi, washer/dryer on site, etc. There are residents in the building that were very nice. The area is about 15 minute drive to downtown and the fish fry. The location was perfect for us because we prefer the quiet/calm setting, but we were close enough to check everything out. It’s a 1 minute walk to fort Montague beach. The beach has trash just like every beach where people frequent, but a local crew comes out to pick up. (Everyone who visits should do their part too). The water is crystal clear and we saw marine life. The locals were so welcoming and kind. We made a lot of friends and there’s a great beach bar right on fort montague called Mr. tropical. The owner is the most awesome guy. T was so helpful the entire time and responds quickly. Thank you for letting us stay!

I chose Shaniqua’s place because it was a good value (much cheaper than a hotel) and it was very close to the airport. I was also in town for business and needed somewhere to rest my head. I stayed in Studio #3. It was clean, neat and had everything I needed for my stay (bed, bath, WiFi, cable, A/C, kitchenette, etc.). Beach is in walking distance.I had no complaints whatsoever. Shaniqua was very quick and responsive to any questions I had and the Check-In / Check-Out process was super smooth and worry-free. The area is very quiet and feels very safe. I would recommend to any single traveler or a couple who will be out of their room most of the time and only require the standard modern room amenities. Will definately rent again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place was the perfect Airbnb. It was quiet and peaceful. I loved every minute of staying there and would stay there again if available duinrg my next trips to Nassau.

I loved the gated property, the unit was easy to find. I wish the front room had an ac unit. But I sent all the time in the bedroom and it was great

We just arrived home from a fantastic stay at Steph & Steve Love Beach in Nassau Bahamas. If you are looking for a home away from home please stay at Steph & Steve Love Beach!!’. This BEAUTIFUL condo is well located just minutes from the airport in a SAFE and very quiet area of the city; great for relaxing. If you don’t have a car the #12 bus outside the condo takes you into the city; a 30 minsl drive. The condo is spacious, clean, and fully equipped. Tuppeware, foil paper, zip lock bags etc. came in handy as we packed our lunch daily before heading to the beach. Love Beach is a short walk from the condo. We appreciated how Quiet the beach was (we walked to the far right of the beach)and the beautiful turquoise water sealed the deal.Upon arrival we were exhausted from our long flight and the host recommended a few restaurants with delivery. A quick call to Marcos Pizza and dinner was facilitated. Thank you Steph and Steve for making our stay at Love Beach so memorable, we look forward

We had a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and the host was always available to answer our questions. They helped us to contact a car rental agency when we had a flat tire. Highly recommended!

**Title: A Fantastic Stay in Nassau, New Providence!** I just got back from an amazing stay at Athena's place in Nassau, New Providence, and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at home. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the modern amenities I could ask for. The location was perfect for me—close to everything I needed, including major attractions, great restaurants, and public transport, which made exploring the area a breeze. Athena was a wonderful host; she was super understanding and always ready to help whenever we reached out. I especially loved the features like having a television in each room, the convenience of a washer and dryer, and the relaxing hot tub. It really made my stay special. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely love to come back. Thank you, Athena, for being such a great host!

The Silk Cotton has the BEST staff. Paul is A1 on letting you know any and everything about the Island. Young Chef is superb on his cooking skills. That guy is going places. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The garden, the chickens ❤️ We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was very convenient and less costly than other places. I know that renovations are taking place so can't wait until they redo the bathrooms/Tubs-that is the only downside. I'd highly recommend this place and look forward to returning. Oh yeah, THE BEST BEDS AND PILLOWS EVER!

We stayed here for four days on a quick birthday/Mothers Day trip with five adults. The place was larger than we expected, was clean and tidy and all amenities were as described. The pool was welcome after a long day wandering around in the heat, anbd the balcony was glorious for our morning tea. A quick 10 minute walk brought us to the Fish Fry, and a further 10 minute walk brought us to downtown Nassau. A five minute walk took us to Saunders beach, a pharmacy and a liquor store. Five minutes the other way was a small grocery store - in short, everything we needed was conveniently accessible! St. Juste was proactive in reaching out prior to check in, responsive, friendly and super helpful. All in all, we enjoyed ourselves and would stay here again when we come back!

Patrick was a very responsive host, which I always look for. He has an amazing friendly and thoughtful property manager. Now to get to the real review about the place AMAZINGGGG very clean and very Morden would rent over and over again

We had such a wonderful time staying at this Harborside condo in beautiful Bahamas! Stephen was extremely communicative throughout the entire rental process, and even reached out to me prior to see if I needed help with getting transportation from the airport. The check in process was very easy - just check into the hotel as you normally would. The condo was beautiful, spacious and clean, and came with 4 full access passes to Atlantis! The walk from Harborside to Atlantis is about 10 minutes and goes through Marina village, a cute little walkway filled with shops and restaurants, with views of enormous yachts. There is also a free shuttle for those who don’t want to do the walk. With a full kitchen, we were able to purchase and cook some of our meals, to help with cost efficiency. We would highly recommend staying at the Harborside for any family traveling with kids. We can’t wait to go back!
