Family-friendly vacation rentals in Andros Island

We had a great stay in a wonderful villa. Shantelle from guest service was excellent! She gave super great recommendations and handled every request in the best possible way. In addition, the friendliness on site is unbeatable.

Harborside is a great option vs the hotel rooms in the other buildings as you can cook. The buses were easy and frequent. Tips for future guests- you can pack frozen meat in your suitcase. Grocery store food is 2x NYC prices so we took supplies, and bring some basic salt and pepper and such as the kitchen had good pots but not the normal Airbnb type basics. But..definitely stay here and make sure you read the activities guide to understand all that is available to do at the Atlantis, like the free movie theater and comedy club and animal feedings. We feel lucky we got to stay here for less than the Royal and yet enjoy everything Atlantis had to offer. We actually liked the pool at Harborside a lot the most as chairs were always available and it was very quiet. We also enjoyed the Cascades pool and beach between the Reef and Cove so make sure you explore over there. There are board games in the library too. Anyone who gets to enjoy the Atlantis is fortunate- book away!

Was a great place to stay for my family of 3. It was a great size, functional and in a great location. Elise was very responsive with any questions we had. Hoping to come back someday!

The pictures of this listing do not do it justice as to how beautiful the outdoor space is. the home is a bit of a maze but amazing. we had a amazing time and would definitely recommend.

We had a phenomenal stay at the Silk Cotton Villas! The pools & hot tubs were amazing along with the cabana / grill area. Was an easy walk to Montagu Beach or the shopping center and if we needed to go further, the shuttle was convenient

This house is soooooooo much better than is described and shown in the pictures. This is a beautiful home with lots of window light shinning throughout. Whenever I travel to Nassau with my family I will stay here. My family of 6 spent a very comfortable and outstanding week in this home. All of the 4 well furnished bedrooms are upstairs with 2 full bathrooms , one of which is located in the master bedroom at the top of the stairs. The kitchen has eveything needed to cook meals for a family of 6 and the gas grill is very clean. The swimming pool is clean and is nicely maintained. The patio and deck around the pool was very well lit with ceiling fans outside of the pool house. There is ample seating outside around the pool. My family and I spent a good amount of time sitting around the pool in the evening. The temperature was perfect at night. The beach is literally a 2 min walk away and is very clean with public bathrooms. My family felt very safe in this home and at the beach.

Paradise island beach club was perfect, great staff, condo had plenty of room, pool was great, beach was amazing and not crowded, kids loved the site. Igor was responsive to all questions and communicated very quickly. Would rent again and will likely be back.

Don's place is incredible. A beautiful home, well kept, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood is nice, there's shopping nearby, and theres hornets to take you right downtown. Don and Samantha were gracious hosts, met us at the house when we arrived, checked in throughout the stay, and were always quick with a response. Thanks guys!

We absolutely loved the location and the peacefulness of the property. Our children were able to play outside in the backyard, a local beach was minutes away. It was a wonderful experience and we appreciate all the tips Martina provided through Airbnb and through her red notebook. The property manager was very friendly and responded quickly to our needs. Wonderful family trip.

A fantastic stay! The property was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. The pool was a real highlight, especially in the Bahamian heat. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout, making everything seamless from check-in to departure. Highly recommended and would definitely return.

We loved Safi Sana. It was beautiful, charming, serene, and so conveniently located near everything. The house has TALL ceilings and the beds were super duper comfy. I loved the dim lighting, snd the sound of waves hitting the shore all day. Most of all, our host Bruce was very responsive when an issue came up and we never had to wait too long yo resolve anything.

It was good . We were 6 people and were able to accommodate easily. I would highly recommend to get a rented car if you are staying there as getting hold of taxis is almost next to impossible and it’s very expensive. Overall hosts were awesome . ***Very budget friendly accommodation ***

We highly recommend this location and host. Megan and all were very responsive and extremely helpful. I have chronic illness and can get confused easily or ask dumb questions due to my brain fog but they responded quickly and made everything comfortable and easy. The property is amazing with a beach and pool right on site, and the location is great in regards to how close it is to restaurants, beaches, etc. The sunsets on the property were beautiful. Megan and team set up the car rental, Rose Island pig excursion, and cell phone. Everything was very smooth and we really appreciated how easy they made it all for us. The location felt very safe and there were maintenance workers out every morning. Everyone was extremely friendly and super helpful. I can't say enough about this spot it was perfect for our needs. I really appreciate the great communication from the host, the beautiful stay, and everything else about our visit. Again I highly recommend this location and host.

Perfect place to stay for a few days. Great pools, beach is amazing

We had a fabulous time at this house. The photos do not do the views and the area around it justice, it is so much better than you think! The beach is a 30 second walk, and was pristine and almost empty always! The Poop Deck next door had great food and drinks (and service!) and the private dock with sunbeds by the pool where you can access the ocean is like your own personal paradise. The staff and security in the neighborhood were all very lovely and helpful. If I come back to the Bahamas I’ll be staying here! Thanks so much!

Arrived and were taken to our unit and given all instructions. 2 pools (note: not heated) and we couldn't believe how close we were to the beach - easy to run back and forth all day. Easy walk to the marina with liquor store, groceries, Dunkin, other restaurants as well as Atlantis. We did the day pass there, which was enough - I was happy we chose the AirBnB vs. the hotel - more our speed (kids are 12 and 9). Spent every night playing Yahtzee on the awesome patio, listening to the waves crash. Unit size was plenty and had all necessary kitchen + bath items. The onsite restaurant was great; recommend ordering to-go to save time. Neighbors were friendly and we loved the cats!! Our family can't wait to go back!

Tatjana’s apartment was even better than described. So spacious and well designed, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need. The pool and beach area were stunning and the fact that you could do water sports right from the beach was a big plus. Lovely location. The beach towels, cool box and snorkelling gear was so handy to take out and explore the beautiful beaches. Would highly recommend hiring a car so you can get anywhere you’d like. Tatjana is a wonderful host - super helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for our stay.

Nice rental with four bedrooms. Separate A/C in each room worked well, as did the common area A/C. Comfortble beds of different firmness levels, so people had lots of flexibility. Did not use the kitchen but it seems to be complete. Owner met us on-site and welcomed us in. Quiet location. We only stayed one night but this would be a nice place for a family for multiple days

Nadia's place was perfect for our family of 4. Comfortable space, well stocked supplies for cooking in the kitchen (and thanks for the arrival snacks!), a nice back deck to eat on (with chairs and fold up table), and easy access to Love beach and the pool. Thankful for the provided beach mats and umbrella, we utilized them at the other beaches nearby (Jaws, Adelaide) and made good use of our rental car, hitting many further parts of the island (Downtown, Paradise Island, etc). It was always nice to come back to the quiet west end at the end of the day. The hosts are impeccable - communicative & easy to converse with, willing to provide recommendations (which we enjoyed!), flexible in our check out time due to a later flight, and when we had one issue with internet, they provided a work around immediately. This is a great spot.

Great stay and EXCELLENT host!

John's place is truly heaven on earth. Walk outside and right into the beach and ocean. The beds, rooms, amenities were all fantastic. The site manager was very quick to respond to inquiries. If you come here and you want to explore, I highly recommend you rent a car (we did). It is on the quieter side of the island which was a welcome benefit. We would certainly come back.
