L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con 2 ulteriori posti letto. Dalla casa in 15 minuti si è agli impianti di risalita di Alleghe o di Falcade. Inoltre nel comune è presente una palestra di roccia: "Vertik Area Dolomiti".

Maria 1936 is a historic barn which has been beautifully restored into a special place to stay in the heart of the Dolomites. It is surrounded by amazing scenery and has a magnificent view of Mount Pelmo. In the spring, summer & autumn it has great hiking right from the front door. In the winter it is well positioned for the famous Dolomite Super Ski area, offering hundreds of kilometres of skiing.
