Wow, what an incredible experience. All the comfort and modern luxury set amongst the harsh environment makes for memories that will last a very long time. Our entire family enjoyed our stay immensely. Everything about the accommodation was very well thought out, practical, modern, comfortable, fully equipped and visually stunning. Credit to Cato & Solveig for putting so much love and effort into turning this piece of history into something that anyone who cares to visit to enjoy. The were lovely hosts to interact with. Thank You for the experience. We would love to come back.

A week more spend in this house and still the same feeling : peaceful , cosy and nice view. We will come back for sure !

We had a great time in Harstad and enjoyed our time here. We didn't have the best weather but Glenn's house was perfect for relaxing and watching the storm through the big windows.

We loved our stay at Astrid's place. It was a beautiful location with the house overseeing the ocean. The kitchen had all the amenities and the stay was clean, cozy and comfortable. The village is also cute and peaceful.

Had a great stay. Tommy helped us out with transport during some tough weather and he has a lot of knowledge about his island and nature.

Hege has been a great host! She gave us tips for sights that are accessible by bus as we didn't have a car. The apartment was beautiful and just outside Svolværgeita. I would love to come again in summer to meet Hege and Jubel again. :)

Totally love it! Natalie’s house is just 10 mins away from the port (the pick-up point for lots of tours) and only 4 mins away from the supermarket. It’s so convenient to go everywhere! And her place is well-equipped and super clean. We can easily cook ourselves in the kitchen and find everything we need there. Highly recommended!

Very clean and tidy apartment. It was very easy to find and Ole welcomed us when we arrived, showing us immediately the comforts of our apartment. Ole lives upstairs and is always available if needed. Thank you!

Very nice cabin just overlooking a nice bay in a quiet setting. Special care was given to nicely decorate the house, furniture were also nice and provided a harmonious look. Entering into the house gave an immediate homey impression. In addition Gunnarsen was always very responsive to our requests. Thank you for the nice stay

Very cozy apartment in a nice location close to the sea. Tidy and clean, so everything was tip-top. About 15/20 minute walk to the city center, so it's a nice little walk.

I stayed in several places during my trip across Norway, but this Airbnb in Svolvær was by far the best experience I had. From the moment we arrived, everything felt just perfect. The cabin is spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly well-equipped, every single thing you might need is already there, thoughtfully prepared with care and attention. It felt instantly safe, warm, and homey, which is rare to find. What made this stay truly unforgettable was our host. He was so present, kind, and generous, sharing local tips, stories, and our passion for photography. If you’re looking for a place to slow down, reconnect with nature, observe splendid auroras from the backyard and feel truly welcomed, this is the one. A great apartment in the heart of Harstad. very spacious, clean and has everything you need for a stay. I would fully recommend a stay in this apartment as its close to bars, restaurants, coffee shops and amenities.
