Renovated in 2021, our house has a garden and two terraces (overlooking the courtyard and garden). It is located in the Mauret district, 400 m from the Bassin beach and local shops: bakery, Carrefour City, fishmonger, greengrocer, wine cellar, hairdressers, restaurant, La Poste, oyster farmer). It's easy to get around by bike thanks to the bike path that runs along the coast. Note: linens are not included but can be for an extra €10 per person.

Nice little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and are happy to share it with you!

Our lovely 18 m2 studio has a great location. It is 300 m from the oyster basin and harbor. The city center with its lively pedestrian streets all year round is only 600 m away. 50 m from the studio, access to the bike paths allows you to go around the basin to get us 2 bikes. The nearby forest allows for beautiful hikes. After a busy day you can enjoy the swimming pool or rest in quality bedding. Loan of 2 VTCs.
