Dépendance au fond de notre jardin en plein milieu du pâté de maisons dans un quartier très calme. Sa surface est de 36m2 et sa terrasse privative est entièrement indépendante et cachée de la maison principale. Le chalet est à l'origine prévue pour accueillir un couple mais nous pouvons rajouter un lit d'appoint pour un enfant. Le chalet est rigoureusement nettoyé, désinfecté et aéré entre chaque locataire. NOUS NE FOURNISSONS LE LINGE DE MAISON QUE SUR DEMANDE (30€ tarif blanchisserie locale).

Elle est située à 15 minutes des plages océanes, 10 minutes de la Dune du Pyla et d'Arcachon et proche du centre ville de la Teste. Elle a une surface de 32 m2 et dispose d'une terrasse. Classé 3 étoiles Elle est confortable et bien équipée pour un séjour agréable et au calme. Ce logement n’est pas adapté pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.

Capacité réduite en hiver. Idéal pour un couple. Possibilité d'un troisième couchage. À partir d'Avril, on peut à nouveau être plus nombreux !!! 4/5 c'est bien mais il y a 7 couchages en tout, en cas de besoin. Electricité en sus l'hiver. Après travaux je viens de faire de nouvelles photos mais elles sont toujours aussi nulles !
