Oak Cottage, optional hot tub.

VanessaRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We stayed in Oak Cottage at Elms Farm Cottages and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Carol was a fantastic host - very communicative, flexible and helpful and the cottage was perfect - very comfortable and with excellent amenities - all the small things taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day.

3 BEDROOM 8 BERTH CARAVAN AT TATTERSHALL LAKES

NickiRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We had a wonderful week away at Tattershall in 1 of Nigel’s lovely 3 bed caravans. The van was clean and Hot Tub was ready to go! We had daily air shows from the RAF which was amazing! Although we didn’t purchase the additional Entertainment Pass, Nigel was amazing at sharing some local attractions & we had a fantastic time. The weather was stunning, the caravan was lovely, park was wonderful & Nigel was very helpful & informative- Thank you Nigel.
The living area showcases a modern decor with a mounted flat-screen TV and a cozy heating unit. A large window allows natural light to fill the space, while comfortable seating is arranged for relaxation. A small dining area and kitchen appliances are visible in the background.

We have two 4 bedroom 10 berth caravans to rent

KatieRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Really lovely, homely caravan, very clean and beds were really comfy, nice crockery. Hotub was 10/10 so warm and really clean,so was the decking it was on. We booked really last minuite, due to a terrible exsperience at butlins. Nigel was so responsive and got everything sorted for when we had arrived. The location is beautiful and peaceful,a little bit more of a walk from the site amenities, but we didnt mind as we didnt have the passes. Nigel sent a list of restaurants and takeaway s straight away which was really useful. Will absolutely use him again to have a caravan.
A child's playroom features soft area rugs in varying shapes and colors. Storage shelves filled with toys and a playful decor create an engaging environment. A whimsical sign indicating 'Quiet please, fairies live here' is displayed on the wall, enhancing the magical theme.

The Malthouse

NicholasRating, 5 stars8 months ago
A lovely house and a thoroughly enjoyable week. Our extended family included a grandchild just under 2, who loved the playroom. Lovely garden, worked well for all of us and our dog. We enjoyed the hot tub, location, closeness to shops and Sandringham, dog walks within easy range, gas BBQ and etc. All in, a lovely stay

The Tower RAF Wainfleet

RebeccaRating, 5 stars7 months ago
I booked the Tower and Spitfire for my husband’s 60th birthday as he has a passion for the RAF and historical buildings. It was a perfect venue for family and friends to celebrate. The views at the top of the tower were stunning and the amazing countryside surrounding the property was extremely relaxing and peaceful. From start to finish the hosts - Diana and Will were amazing. They were approachable, attentive and could not do enough to make our stay perfect. When Will popped around to check we were OK, he was so passionate and insightful about the Tower and its renovation - which we loved. We will go back there and I would thoroughly recommend the property and Will and Diana as hosts.

What a fantastic place. Beautiful location and completely peaceful. It was lovely to sit out on the patio in the evening with the sun setting. The perfect place from which to explore the wider area, unfortunately I didn't have chance to but would love to return one day and do so. The inside is completely as expected and has everything you would need to be self-sufficient.

Amy was friendly and helpful. Felt at home as place was warm and cosy. Tight spiral staircase to bedrooms which was a novelty... kept puppies downstairs as they didn't like it! 😁 Tesco food delivered OK. Everything is spotlessly clean. TV awesome and sofa very comfy but need to roll out as it's low.... OK for young fit people 😆 Enjoyed the stay even though we were in middle of stormy winds etc. Garden is perfect and secure for doggies 🐕 and location is peaceful. Thanks Amy 🤗

Great place to escape for some quiet and reflection. Comfortable, homely, relaxing place, has all the things you need for a lovely stay, including seeing a barn owl flying across the back field from the garden. Perfect for our anxious rescue dog who dog, with good local walks and peace away from others. We hope to return.

Broadwater Cottage holiday home on Norfolk coast

PaulRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Jaynes cottage is beautiful and peaceful. We did have a 5 minute wake up call from a donkey each morning in a field behind . Really missed it when we got home . We were a family of 3 and 2 dogs and we enjoyed the extra space the cottage gave us . The White Horse pub close by has just been taken over by new owners and is lovely . We ate there a few nights and lunch before we travelled home . We popped in every night for a drink as it was so accessible. We had a lovely time as did the dogs . Thank you Jayne for your hospitality.

Countryside hideaway pool hot tub Blossom Cottage

NikitaRating, 5 stars20 months ago
Bedrooms were fairly spacious with the two doubles having nice views too. Bathroom was lovely but didn’t have a lock on the door. Kitchen was easy to use but could do with a little more kitting out. Television isn’t smart and there is no wifi so would recommend taking a console. The pool outside is nice and clean, some beach chairs and inflatables to enjoy. There are also nice picnic tables outside to have a meal at. The place is adjoining to another apartment so it is a bit more lacking in privacy than expected. The host Marii is absolutely lovely, she was very welcoming and helpful, and went above and beyond.

We have two 3 bedroom 8 berth caravans hot tubs

MeganRating, 5 stars14 months ago
Was lovely and clean although odd bits like under beds and walls had a few marks but nothing that would put me off staying there again. Really comfy and clean beds I have a 2 year old and she usually wakes up in the night to get in my bed but while we stayed here she stayed in her own room all night as I think the bed was comfier than hers at home 🤣 brilliant location as really quite but abit of a walk for little ones, and the hot tub was really clean and brilliant touch!
