Great place, with a funky fresh decor !!!

Perfect location with a lovely little balcony for people/ dog watching. Two minute walk to beach Nice and clean with clear instructions for everything Angie also has a stack of dvds, games etc as well as leaflets for places to see and eat. We had the perfect stay and would definitely go back

From start to finish Jimmy was a great host. Lots of recommendations for the area and the best chippie is just round the corner at Steels. Jimmy really goes beyond as we had to move the dates about due to work and it was dealt with timely and without hassle. Location on the seafront with great views and walks to be done. Jimmy and partner are one of the best hosts we have stayed with and will come again. 😁

Very happy we chose to stay here as the road was very quiet and peaceful… however a few steps onto the main strip and you’re among all the arcades, restaurants and beach so it’s very good! changed my plans and brought my kids - very well equipped with some plastic bowls and cutlery :) Neil was very attentive and helpful, overall I would stay again. The sofa was so comfy that myself and my children fell asleep on it! Thanks so much :) very clean too !

We had the best stay we have had yet. The place was spotless clean, comfy, cosy. It had everything you could possibly need. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The location is quiet but in walking distance of all amenities and the beach. Thanks so much we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Dormy House! Hugo was super responsive and friendly from first contact. The directions were easy to follow and very straightforward to access the property which is so delightful! We immediately felt at home in this spacious apartment set in an expansive private garden visited regularly by munjac deer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to self-cater which indeed we did - enjoying the long evenings eating al fresco. We did several walks from the house along the coastal path and down to the incredible sandy beach. And we appreciated the availability of a nice bath to soak in too! Trips to RSPB Titchwell, Hunstanton, Walsingham and Blakeney - all within very easy reach. We can't comment on local eateries as we didn't sample them, but Ronaldo's Norfolk ice cream available from the beach shack is amazing! Thank you Hugo & Taya for allowing us to stay in this very special place!

Absolutely loved our stay here. As a family trip with 4 adults and 2 children (4 year old twins) the house and garden was absolutely perfect as was the location. A short drive from town for those not capable of walking. Within a 10 minute drive of Hunstanton should you wish to visit there and also very close to local paths for nature lovers both within the village itself but also in the next village along in Titchwell. If you’re thinking of catering for yourselves, I would suggest taking your own larger pans/frying pans (which work on an induction hob). There were ample pans for smaller dishes but for a big one pan style dish we struggled for the 6 of us. By no means a complaint as imagine a lot of folk would head to the village pubs for a feed in any case. Nat was great and really willing to help with any questions and recommended plenty of things for us to do which was a lovely touch.

A bright and spacious home. Very comfortable beds and furnished in a sleek contemporary style. Appreciated the full length mirror in the bathroom. Completely secure garden for our canine guest with a gate to the front path. Excellent location with beach and town centre within easy walking distance. Cody was always prompt in replying to messages so an excellent host to deal with.

I would highly recommend Lisa's place to anyone visiting Cleethorpes. The house was immaculate on our arrival. It's more spacious than we expected and there was loads of storage. There was lots of little touches which made it really child friendly (plastic plates etc) and dog friendly (cage, bowls). Plus some biscuits for us and our 4 legged friend. There are some local shops / takeaways at the end of the road. the sea front is literally 2 minutes away and a few more minutes walk gets you to tge centre of Cleethorpes.

Highly recommend this beautiful chalet for a visit to the Fitties in Humberston. This is our 3rd visit to the Fitties, which is already a very special place, but WOW, this chalet is really something special. The open kitchen/living space is absolutely flooded with light and the views onto the dunes are just amazing. We visited in late May and shallows were zooming around all evening. The listing was just as described with all you could need for self-catering. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens and bedding all of the finest quality. we did struggle with WIFI and reception- however this seems a problem across the Fitties anx we actually enjoyed the disconnect and embraced it. if you're going to work you may struggle but to relax and unwind it was perfect. 2 nights just not long enough. Hosts always kind and responsive. We hope to return! Thank you.

Lovely place - really well equipped with everything we needed for the stay. 2 mins to the sea front and a short walk into the centre of Hunstanton. Easy parking, clear instructions, clean accommodation. What more can you ask?! My only tip for whoever is sleeping in the downstairs bedroom is to turn off the little fridge if you're not using it. (I got woken up on the first night there when it clicked on and off!)

What a lovely stay! What made it even more special were the lovely touches made my our hosts Simon and Roz! With a lovely cake and bottle of Prosecco on arrival- we couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful stay! Location was perfect, walking distance to the local supermarket and the pier. The 3 days went by in minutes! Would definitely visit again and recommend to all ☺️

Very good location .easy walking distance to cleethorps . Place was spotless. Hot and cold outside tap for dog was a nice touch . Couldn't fault it . Regards to the hosts.

We were extremely happy with our stay. The penthouse is furnished perfectly. We were able to provide our 15 month old with her own room with the layout of the place as we brought our travel cot and baby monitor which worked via WiFi. It was relaxing to open the double doors in both the bedroom and sitting room. Perfect size and location for a family and even if it was two couples staying. Lovely to have the park opposite and only a couple minutes walk to the seafront and main clock tower and high street. They described the stairs leading up to the penthouse so we were prepared for these and didn’t seem too many when doing this every day. Immaculately cleaned and facilities provided. Would definitely stay again:

Aiden’s apartment was spotless, & like other visitors who stayed,lovely smell as you enter the front door. There is everything you need to eat in, if not there are places within mins away & a Tesco 2 mins away - walking I did contact Aidan & wow he was very quick at replying. Great place, you will not be disappointed, will defo return Oh & not to forget a bottle of wine was left - lovely though Thank you

This lovely apartment over looking the sea is well worth a visit. Clean and tidy and reasonably priced. I will return when i'm next in the area

I took my elderly father and my son to cleethorpes for a 3 night break. The ground floor apartment was ideal for my father, who has mobility problems. The apartment was nicely laid out, and immaculate upon arrival. Beds were comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed, home from home. Tony was really helpful as we had a problem with returning the rented mobility scooter and he gave us reassurance that he will sort things. Also my father left his wallet and again Tony rang straight away. We had a great stay, and would definitely stay there again. Thanks Tony

Lovely place. Very clean, great location for local amenities.

It was a great stay & the location at Snittisham was great for exploring the North West of Norfolk. The village of Snittisham has within walking distance, with good pubs serving lovely food. We’d definitely recommend The Old Store for a fab local breakfast - great coffee too. Darcy & Kath were great hosts & even offered to change the bedding midway through our stay, which was much appreciated. Off road parking was a real bonus & there was outside seating too in the family garden.
