Great peaceful place to stay with a vert friendly host, you can rent a bike as well for a very cheap price.

A quiet location but not isolated. Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and numerous restaurants. The house was very basic, but clean, tidy, and functional. I was training at Bangtao MMA - it was an easy 5 minute walk, which was a primary consideration for booking. Other restaurants and shopping are either walkable or a 10 minute tuk tuk ride to Villa Market and Boat Avenue. I would happily stay again

We enjoyed our stay at Nanthida's. We felt like our home and moreover they rented out their car to us which was very helpful.

But the real eye-catcher is the **lighted terrace by the private pool/tropical garden** – in the evening an enchanting place for a drink or swim. There are three bedrooms: (two en suite, one with bathroom around the corner, ideal for guests). The location is perfect: restaurants and shopping in walking distance. We stayed with our two-year old son and everything from the villa itself to the location was perfect. You are close to everything, although we rented a car which we would definitely recommend, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a short drive to the old town. The villa itself is beautiful but retains a homely feeling. The pool is great but small note that it’s about 5ft deep so if you have young children they will need full supervision. We couldn’t recommend the villa or host enough and look forward to hopefully coming back in the future

Amazing place in the best location. So convenient with plenty of great places nearby along the beach. The service from the attached restaurant next door was so useful (there is even a service bell to ring and the staff are with you in seconds!). We used it a lot :) I was a little nervous about the noise from the restaurant as we had our 4 year old with us but it wasn’t an issue at all. Highly recommend

This is an amazing property, beautiful and perfectly located near the patong Beach. Jiena was an amazing host. Would recommend 10/10.

Amazing place! Great views, clean and modern furniture. Apartment comes with a priceless roof terrace. A jacuzzi would be the cherry on the top. Only thing to mention is that the gym is not at the same location as shown in the pictures, instead the whole gym equipment was put into an old apartment.

I had a beautiful stay with Tan’s place, it’s very nice, Tan is very friendly and helpful, we requested a late checkout which was kindly provided beside other things as well was provided within no time, I highly recommended, definitely will come back again.

Great stay at Max's! Clean accommodation, quiet and very easy to access. Close to lots of activities, beaches, restaurants & bars. I recommend it!

A lovely stay at the apartment, about 1km from the beach which made a lovely scenic run in the morning and a quick bus to the supermarkets. We had such a lovely time. Will be back!

Great host, nice view and cool neighbours

Great place and hosting by Khun Natti and Mecha. Both are very helpful and responsive. Pleace was clean and spacious. Its great location if you want to spent quality time with family amd friends. Only 1 drawback as there is not many restaurants options around. And you should havr private vehicle to go around. But otheriwse it was fantastic experince and both Host amazingly nice and supportive ❤️

Wonderful space! Super clean, excellent location. We have stayed at this condo for the past 10 years in various units and this is one of the most well positioned units. The condo is directly on the beach with many 5* resorts in walking distance so you can take advantage of their F&B or buy food from the nearby mini mart and cook yourself. We hire a car from the airport to get around and explore the area and drive off the island highly recommended. :)

We stayed as a family with two kids. The area is really quiet and relaxing. The beach view and sunset is amazing. The accommodation is as described. Nata and Miss Tumm took immediate action when the washing machine got broken. They replaced it the next morning. If you are looking for a relaxing place this is what you need to book.

Amazing silent place, in 10 min of drive from all the best places around. Perfectly clean, and cleaning every single day, including towels changing. Very friendly team. I would definitely come back

We spent 8 nights in the property and in the complex. We enjoyed the pool and the gym as well as the possibility to cook for ourselves. Unfortunately, in the apartment as well as in the residential complex itself, many things are very busy and broken, but still functional and absolutely usable.

I had a great stay at this rental! The host was very responsive and always answered my messages quickly. The room had an amazing view, and everything was just as described on pictures —no surprises! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I expected. Olivier also let me to check in earlier and check out later than usual. Overall, I had a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay in this area.
