Place was immaculately clean, and had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The entire Laguna neighborhood is modern and really enjoyed the rooftop pool.

I used to live in Phuket and DCondo Mine was my accommodation while living and teaching here. So, I was familiar with the location and accommodation beforehand and that's why I chose this location for my first 3 nights. Lupthawit's accommodation was just as described. The apartment was clean, the bed had plenty of pillows and was comfortable (which is important to me). There was an air con which helped with cooling at night. I didn't cook and ate out for all meals but there was a full fridge, microwave, cutlery, and plates, cups, etc. There are places to eat, get massages, etc within walking distance but with the heat, it's better to have a mode of transportation. I can't wait to be back, I hope it's sooner as this is my first time back, since leaving in 2018. Thank you for your hospitality. The check in and check out process was seamless and I really appreciate that I was able to checkin early. Khap Khun Kha

Great stay just off the main road at Rawai Beach. The apartment was just as described. It was small but had everything we needed for a great stay. Really comfortable bed (which is so rare), fast internet, functional kitchen, washing machine, comfy couch, smart TV, lots of towels. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.. Would definitely stay again. The hosts were also very responsive so thank you.

Perfect location, clean apartment all perfect

The flat is good. It's located in the very center of Phuket, so it is quite convenient to get from them to the rest of the island. Kathu itself is not very picturesque, but it has everything you need for life. Claude always responded promptly to my requests, helped with everything and was friendly. There were issues with the Internet and the kettle, everything was resolved quickly. I really liked the pool in the condo, although there were not always free sun beds next to it. I can recommend renting Claude's apartment.

The place was really nice and relaxing to stay at and enjoyed swimming in the pool. Would happily stay here again.

Dean is a stand out and an all star, and so are his rental properties at Chom Tawan! We loved every minute of our time in his rental and truly appreciate his level of genuine effort and communication. We cooked meals everyday thanks to the fully stocked kitchen and spent unforgettable moments in the apartment, the pool. the beautiful property and, of course, the breathtaking beaches just a short stroll away. Do yourself the favor and book you're stay at Chom Tawan through Dean; there may be alternate Airbnb options for this property but there's only one Dean🙏🏽.

This apartments are almost the best I’ve been in Phuket. I’m very happy to meet Julie and her beautiful apartment near Kata Beach. Very well furnished and well equipped with almost everything you need during your holidays in Thailand, all the stuff in the apartment is very good quality and almost new. Very beautiful apartment with astonishing ocean view on Kata Bay. Super highly recommend to stay here and enjoy your holidays. Definitely will come her again

Elle’s place was stunning and in such a great area of town. There were shops and restaurants within a minute of walking and the beach was very close. It was a very nice space to come back to at the end of the day.

The apartment is worth every penny you spend and only if you can compromise a small room. The view is breathtaking and utterly wowed when I first entered the apartment. It was super clean, exactly as described. Kitchen is loaded with all the needed stuff. The check in for the apartment is a bit tricky. If you have heavy and more number of bags like us, be prepared for the climbing stairs and going down for check in the apartment. Other than that all went superb and I would recommend anyone to stay here without a doubt.

Great host! Very quick response and gave me a few addresses. The accommodation is super well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. A beautiful and very large swimming pool. However the location is quite far from the center of Phuket (Pathong), 20 min. It didn't bother me because I like the tranquility. I would just add curtains for the kitchen window for total peace of mind.

Great place to stay, easy check in and close to beach, 15 min walk to Bangla road. Pools clean.

I stayed at Indrek's apartment with my partner for 4 nights, and we were very happy. More than apartment it is a hotel room or a studio, because it has a kitchen, but it is all the same space within the hotel resort Beach Heights. The studio is very nice: it is on a 6 floor, with balcony, light, the bathroom is great and the shower is great. The kitchen is also well stocked, has pans, kettle, toaster, even an Italian coffee maker. And it's like a hotel room inside the Resort, which is also great. A typical, family-friendly resort with pool and gym, which we really liked. Location is in a perfect spot in Kata Village, close to everything but it's not on the main street of restaurants and shops. And the communication we had was with Aae, a local contact from Indrek, and it was very good. We had to ask for a change of sheets and towels upon arrival and their response was quick and effective. If Kata came back I would repeat.

We loved Mel. She thinks of everything (including Replacement batteries), is always responsive and helpful. The apartment is completely sufficient for four people. All electrical appliances worked properly. We did not find the sounds of the air conditioning disturbing. The Wi-Fi reception in the apartment was sufficient for us. The outdoor area is clean, the pools are very suitable for swimming. The equipment in the gym is fine. The other guests in the complex behaved quietly so that everyone could relax. The sandy beach and seawater are clean. There are no boat docks, so it is quiet on the beach. There were no dog breeds and no mosquitoes on the beach. Drinks and food at the beach bar are good, tasty and reasonably priced. There is a shuttle service to "Turtle Village" every 30 minutes, where there are shops. Taxis are available in front of the complex or use GRAB or BOLT. We'd love to come back!
