The apartment was sensational and as described. Breathtaking views with an amazing host, who was full of lots of local knowledge and advice.

Overall, very good value for money. The room is clean and hygienic, the facilities are complete, and the people are friendly.

We had a short but very nice stay. The apartment was as pictured and just perfect in size. In addition, the place is in a great location. Supermarkets and restaurants are right around the corner. To the beach it's also only 5-10 minutes. We would definitely come back. Thanks for the hospitality.

Extremely happy for the place, location, restaurants, and the host. It is rare for a residence on a beachfront, it is very well located within Laguna area which has all the 5-star hotels around meaning you will never run out of restaurants from breakfast until dinner or if you wanna cook this place equipped with awesome kitchen appliances and ample space. The balcony with see through swimming pool blend in with the ocean is a great relaxing view from the living room. There is cleaner and pool maintenance every the other day which keep the room clean and tidy. Our overall experience has been great from the beginning until end of our trip. We already thinking to come back again already :)

Wonderful home! Loyal to photos. The pool area is amazing. The beach below is not very good for swimming but it is very beautiful. The accommodation is very large and very pleasant Very functional, well-equipped. We had a bit of trouble operating the air conditioning. But once it worked it was very good in the apartment. We have to take a taxi to go to the beautiful beaches but the prices are very reasonable. If we come back to Phuket that's for sure we will book this place again. Across the street there is a supermarket, and a great massage salon (bee gold) at low prices.

Great clean apartment, as described. Nice neighborhood. Lakes, paths for walking, on weekends a night market with delicious seafood. Tops supermarket is not far away. 10 min walk to 7/11 The sea is also a 10-minute walk away. On the roof of the complex there are swimming pools, a treadmill, a barbecue area. The roof is open until 21.00. Normal internet

My friend and I stayed for a week. What a great deal! We had originally budgeted for a 1 bdrm and were thrilled to find an affordable 2 bdrm with 2 baths! The apartment is close to so many delicious restaurants and cute shops. There’s construction across the street, but it did not bother us. Highly recommend.

It was a nice villa to hang out in, spacious with lots of things inside like a projector and loud sound system. Only thing is it’s a bit far from the old phuket town but once we picked up a scooter it was okay.

This villa was the perfect place for my sisters and I to unwind after spending time in the city. The views were impeccable, especially the elephants from the balcony! Rattiya was soooo sweet and left us some groceries to start us off right and we appreciated it SO much! We would definitely come back and stay here next time we’re in Phuket. Also, the beds were veryyy comfy!!

The hostess of the house is very attentive and hospitable. Excellent location of the house with its own parking and welcoming area. The house is very clean, everything was without complaint, everything worked. The kitchen is large and equipped with everything you need. All the rooms were just huge and, I'll say it again, clean. For us the location was very good, we were by car, there is a large shopping center nearby and a direct road to all the locations important to us. We are very glad that we visited Lee's house, we are very grateful to her.

We enjoyed our stay at Nanthida's. We felt like our home and moreover they rented out their car to us which was very helpful.

We stayed with our two-year old son and everything from the villa itself to the location was perfect. You are close to everything, although we rented a car which we would definitely recommend, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a short drive to the old town. The villa itself is beautiful but retains a homely feeling. The pool is great but small note that it’s about 5ft deep so if you have young children they will need full supervision. We couldn’t recommend the villa or host enough and look forward to hopefully coming back in the future

Prapa’s place was wonderful. It was just a short walk to Bangla road so very convenient. One downside is that, it’s across from a hostel so people are always outside so it can get a little bit loud making it hard to sleep. Overall, a beautiful, convenient place. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great place to stay with amazing view. near town but not right in the noisy part. Well appointed and comfortable. perfect for family and couples and able to cook at home if your tired if eating out. Everything you need is there Christophe was a great host with advice and guidance. Just be mindful getting your luggage up to apartment was a little tricky. other than that perfect spot.

Place was immaculately clean, and had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The entire Laguna neighborhood is modern and really enjoyed the rooftop pool.

Wonderful space! Super clean, excellent location. We have stayed at this condo for the past 10 years in various units and this is one of the most well positioned units. The condo is directly on the beach with many 5* resorts in walking distance so you can take advantage of their F&B or buy food from the nearby mini mart and cook yourself. We hire a car from the airport to get around and explore the area and drive off the island highly recommended. :)

We are grateful to have such a great apartment with a magnificent sea view. We enjoyed the 5-day journey. All the hosts here are very friendly and helpful.

We loved Mel. She thinks of everything (including Replacement batteries), is always responsive and helpful. The apartment is completely sufficient for four people. All electrical appliances worked properly. We did not find the sounds of the air conditioning disturbing. The Wi-Fi reception in the apartment was sufficient for us. The outdoor area is clean, the pools are very suitable for swimming. The equipment in the gym is fine. The other guests in the complex behaved quietly so that everyone could relax. The sandy beach and seawater are clean. There are no boat docks, so it is quiet on the beach. There were no dog breeds and no mosquitoes on the beach. Drinks and food at the beach bar are good, tasty and reasonably priced. There is a shuttle service to "Turtle Village" every 30 minutes, where there are shops. Taxis are available in front of the complex or use GRAB or BOLT. We'd love to come back!

Excellent stay! We stayed over a month and the place is perfect if you stay long and/or work remotely. Communication with the host was super smooth and Aisoon is very friendly and helpful. Location is also very good. Couldnt recommend more! If back to Chalong i will book again

The place is clean and has all the amenities in the room. Very practical for foreigners. Close to Central Phuket Mall. Parking is hard to find. Lots of rules. Close to 7-Eleven. There is a fitness center and a swimming pool. The room is on the far side. There is a lot of privacy and no noise. And very quiet.
