Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. Christelle's house is very nice, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Christelle was perfect, very responsive and welcoming. She gave us good tips for our stay. The house is perfectly suited to a family of four. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor Jacuzzi to relax at the end of the day. I would highly recommend it!

Spent three nights in Laetitia’s beautiful city centre apartment. The location was superb and we were a only a 15-20 walk away from most of the attractions in the city. There are some great bars and restaurants close by the flat and despite this, the double double glazing meant that there was little if any noise. The apartment is absolutely beautiful with high ceilings giving a feeling of space. The kitchen is very well equipped and easy to use, and the bright clean bathroom has a good shower. I would recommend Laetitia’s apartment as the perfect place to explore and experience Nantes - as long as you are happy to climb the stairs to the third floor. Communication from Laetitia and Myriam was first class with responses and information in very timely fashion. It was lovely to have the opportunity to meet the host and get a tour of the apartment. We had a great time with my friends! The house is functional, clean, very well-equipped and very well-located in a quiet neighborhood (about 1 hour from La Baule, 20 minutes from downtown Nantes, 5-10 minutes from supermarkets) The big positive point of the house is the outside, with a beautiful garden and pool. Jessica was always super responsive before, during and even after our stay to answer any questions we had. Thanks again, we recommend this place without a second thought ☺️
