It is located 2 km from the village of Champtoceaux, 5 km from Oudon train station and 30 km from Nantes. Guests can enjoy a large garden and reach a Loire beach on foot or by bike. The house is located in the countryside. It is a renovated house in an old agricultural building with charm. In the middle of the fields and vineyards, you will spend a quiet stay, the singing of birds all day, frogs in the evening in summer. 5 minutes from the village with essential shops. Composed of 3 bedrooms, a large living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. The bathroom has been adapted to accommodate PRM. Terrace, parking, boules court.

Possibility of having extra bed on request for Loire travelers by bike with family. A 5-minute walk from the banks of the Loire, you will appreciate the quiet of the accommodation and its freshness in summer. The studio is part of our house, it is located on the ground floor. It has a bedroom with double bed, a private bathroom, toilet and an equipped kitchen as well as a separate entrance (shared with our cats). The land is sloping, a few steps provide access to the entrance to the studio.

Close to the city center with all shops; bakery, butcher, restaurant, grocery store, mall. For 2 guests, double bed and possibility for another person( sofa bed), an extra charge will be requested). Cosy apartment for 2 travelers near Nantes, in the vineyard.
