More than satisfied! Eric has a wonderful place that matches the description completely. Very walkable to many shops, restaurants, attractions. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

We had a wonderful visit to Amsterdam with our 18 and 20 year old sons. The space was ideal - walkable to everything the city had to offer, beautifully decorated, lots of room to spread out. We really enjoyed being able to look out over the canal and watch the bikes fly by below. The restaurant recommendations were excellent and greatly appreciated.

Wow! What am incredible experience staying here for my first ever trip in Amsterdam. Everything to do with the house was 10/10. Host was unbelievably receptive and helpful at all times. #1 place I’d recommend in Amsterdam.

The place was great, and David was a perfect host. I’ve stayed throughout central Amsterdam over the years, but especially liked this location for the slightly quieter and more peaceful surroundings. Close to everything. Would definitely return.

Thijs was very friendly and accommodating. The location is on the outskirts of the city centre but is a really lovely area with cool bars and restaurants. The studio has everything you need for a short city stay! Thanks again for a lovely stay.

Afke is just the greatest and most caring host - she made the little extra and then a little bit more. Quick replies to our questions and warm generosity with bread from the bakery, a personal note and fresh flowers. Great!

Had a great stay at Francesca's place in Amsterdam. We felt at home right away and the neighbourhood had everything we needed - grocery store, coffee, shops, tram to Central Amsterdam or the train station to get to other cities. The apartment is just what the listing shows - large, bright and comfortable. We felt like locals from the moment we arrived until we got on the tram to head to the airport.

A great place for a couple to stay in Amsterdam, great restaurants, lots of sights in walking distance and very close to the railway station. This made access from the airport on public transport very easy. The apartment is spacious, modern and very clean. The downstairs bedroom is very comfortable with an excellent en suite shower room and free from noise as it is below ground level. As advertised, it is accessed down a steep spiral staircase which was fine, but would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. The kitchen has a fridge, and an espresso coffee machine which allowed us to make a simple continental breakfast. There are no facilities to cook food, but there are many excellent restaurants within yards, of the front door so treat yourself!! For those who like a Dutch dining experience, we would recommend Van Speyk which is next door ( where we went twice). Food, service and ambiance excellent both times. We loved our stay here! The location was excellent and the surroundings beautiful. The apartment was clean and comfortable with tasteful decor. Floor is a thoughtful host - she allowed us to check in a little early and ensured we were aware of potential interruptions to public transport on the day of our checkout.

We had a great time. The accommodation is in a very convenient location to visit all the major attractions of Amsterdam and the house is spacious, clean, and with everything you need. We did not meet Paulien but he was always helpful and kind in his communications

Really nice flat, enough near the centre I’ve been with a friend and we had so much fun. Recommend Bianca has been really available and helpful

Janüska´s place is simply amazing! The apartment conditions are truly perfect: the fornitures are all new, bedroom confy and with a view on the canal which makes the difference! Kitchen is lovely and the bathroom makes you want to take a long and relaxy bath :) Janüska has been very kind with us, as a local she also provides info about close restaturants, which has been very helpful. Next time I´ll travel to Amsterdam, her place will be the first one I´ll try to get :))

The location was great, walking distance to trains and trams to get to the heart of Amsterdam. Far enough away to be quiet for nights in. Nancy was very communicative even though she was on holiday. Easy parking if you drive in and plenty of space for 5, especially if someone doesn’t mind the couch. Would be great for 3 couples. Amazing showers 😁

Just amazed with the place. My wife always wanted to get back to the comfortable home early during our visit. The host gave a clear instruction, very quick response as well as very kind welcome treatment for our delayed honeymoon. We absolutely loved the fully equipped kitchen, jacuzzi bathtub and rooftop terrace where we had breakfast and dinner every night. 100% recommended.

We loved staying in this apartment. The area is a nice break away from the busier streets in the center of town yet we had so many options for food, drinks etc. really great coffee options all around the neighborhood. Loved to have the yard to hang out with our morning coffee. The market was really nice to explore. Would stay here again!

We stayed in Timo's apartment for a week. This week was one of the best for us, and the apartment only made it more beautiful. Incredibly spacious, clean, incredibly cozy apartment. So many beautiful elements of art throughout the apartment, selected with taste and love, without anything superfluous. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. We were happy to spend time in it. Sometimes we thought about why our city program was so dense and busy, because we really wanted to spend more time in a cozy home. Ideal objective value for money. Our communication with Timo was incredibly friendly, he is a very responsive, kind, attentive and caring host, it was a pleasure to communicate with him. All our issues were resolved as quickly, easily and with care as possible. Would we come back again? Of course. Thank you very much for everything🩷

We stayed in the apartment for a weekend and felt very comfortable. With the bikes you could easily reach the nearby metro station and we had a good time in Amsterdam. The landlords were very friendly and always easily accessible. I highly recommend this place for Amsterdam stays.

Jim was a fantastic host - lovely apartment so glad we chose here for our amsterdam visit! Just a heads up the doors are a little tricky to figure out but shouldn’t be a big problem

We lived at Frank's place for 3 nights, everything was as described, clean and orderly! The checkin was really nice, easy and he was flexible with the time👌 Nothing else to say that this was a perfect place to stay if you are interested in seeing Amsterdam. And if you want to make food there and have a relaxing evening, you have everything you need. So i will say that you can have a relaxing and safe stay at Frank's place! 10/10⭐️
