Top location with access to a public swimming lake (free of charge). You are far enough away from the lake so as not to be harassed by bathers and close enough to walk quickly. The apartment was super clean and newly furnished. Family Paulsteiner is always responsive and very helpful. Bicycles can be easily stored. To shop you need your car or better a bike. The location is predestined for this. From our apartment we had alpine and lake views. It can't get better. We'll be back.

Carole’s place was as described. Steps from the old city, lively neighborhood, across from the river with lots of foot traffic and retail. Perfect spot for Oktoberfest or just a weekend. Away in a cool little city

Daniel and his parents are very kind and helpful hosts. Communication went smoothly and we felt very well taken care of. Check-in was very straightforward and we were welcomed directly by Daniel's parents, who were always there for us during our stay for questions and concerns. The property itself is in a top location with beautiful lake and mountain views! If you are looking for a quiet area that still offers countless possibilities, this is the place to be:)

Lovely place to stay in Munich. We were able to walk through parkland or along the water to everywhere we wanted to go. Place was clean and well-appointed with everything we needed, including washer/dryer and kitchen. Very responsive and helpful host.

Very nice apartment, furnished with taste and style and very clean!! We felt very comfortable right away. Easy check-in and parking right outside the front door. In 10 minutes you can walk to the beautiful old town of Kempten. The apartment has everything you need. We can recommend the apartment 100%i and would be happy to come back.

Daniel is great host, very friendly and helpful. We had detailed instruction for every aspect from starting from check-in to using home aplliances. Apartment in good location, grocery market is very close, park and river nearby. Nice smart home solution intalled. Free parking on the street, but hard to find place. We had good stay :)

We spent a few days at Sofia's farm during the (Lower Saxony) Easter holidays and felt super comfortable. Sofia greeted us personally and showed us the beautiful apartment. We were able to get fresh eggs from the chickens running around the farmyard outdoors as well as very delicious apple juice from local orchards from the nearby area of Lenggries. The apartment is housed in an outbuilding on the property, so you can have a very private vacation but, if necessary and at your own request, you can also be involved in the farm life with its residents (Sofia's family with adult daughters and very friendly husband) and have nice contact with interesting conversations. We sat on the beautiful balcony every evening and enjoyed the fantastic view of the nearby Alps (it was already very warm in Bavaria during our stay before Easter). Thank you, Sofia, we will be happy to come back!

We were on a family trip, with 8 adults, many children and a small dog to visit. Everything worked out great, everything as described and Janin is super helpful and committed. We had baby cribs and seats and everything was great with the dogs too. The location is also great, with beautiful views, large garden and lots of fun for everyone. If I had to find something negative, it would only be the walk through a long hallway into the house, which is a bit tedious with full hands, and thus also the walk from the kitchen to the terrace is long. :-) We had a great weekend

We spent Xmas and New Year at this house. Cornelia is such a great host. The house has everything we needed for our family! It was an amazing experience!

Beautiful, charming house, top equipped, cozy and clean. Quietly located on the edge of the forest, great also for walks with a dog and the proximity to the lakes. Likeable and super easily accessible landlord – highly recommended – we'd love to come back 😊

We really felt super comfortable in Astrid's place! The Airbnb is beautiful and well maintained! Astrid also had many recommendations for us, which made us very happy and which we also followed up on. In the area you can go hiking directly (on the Jochberg it goes straight up) and there are some good restaurants right around the corner. In general, the contact was extremely pleasant. We would recommend Astrid's place and of course her as a host to anyone without hesitation!

It is fantastic, especially the roof terrace with the panoramic mountain view is absolutely amazing! The location is right in nature with easy access to shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed time with 4 families with infants (1.5-4 years)! There was plenty of room for everyone and you feel right at home. For children, everything from baby beds, high chairs to toys is available, also a playground is right around the corner! Communication with the hosts is super fast and straightforward, they are always available, super friendly and happy to help out. We would come back anytime and highly recommend it! Thanks for a great stay ☺️

Rainer was extremely helpful with all of my needs and adjustments. He was generous with tips and ideas for experiencing the local environment. He was kind with changes in my schedule, which was not to be automatically to be expected, given the Christmas holiday period when I rented. I would definitely like to return, and I will (reluctantly!) recommend this sacred place to others who might appreciate its many rare qualities. The setting is second-to-none, and Rainer is even moreso. One of the top places I have ever rented on this site.

We were guests of Dagmar and her husband for a short stay, both of whom are extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is superbly furnished and the location is great, quiet, in nature and super connected in terms of traffic.

We spent four days in this beautiful apartment. Anke and her husband greeted us personally, were very friendly and showed us into the apartment. The apartment corresponded to the pictures, was clean, well-equipped and beautifully located. We found the terrace, the great lake view and the short walk to the lake particularly beautiful. It was just as nice to see that extensive cooking utensils were available, which is not always the case. We will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is ideal for daytrips to Munich or the region south of Munich towards the Alps. A very important feature was the very comfortable bed !

Very nice, centrally located yet quiet, bright apartment with a balcony and views of the countryside. There was nothing missing and we felt totally comfortable from the first moment. In 10 minutes you can walk to Lake Ammersee and the city center of Herrsching is even closer. Check-in went smoothly. Annika and Nicola are very nice, helpful and attentive hosts. Very nice apartment overlooking the lake. Parking available. In the kitchen, there was everything you needed in terms of kitchen utensils. The village shop and village cafe are a 2-minute walk away. Has now reopened with new owners. We would come back anytime.
