Super nice granny apartment in our owner-occupied single-family house (year of construction 2015). Ideal for business trips or as a starting point for tours into the nature of the Black Forest. Good connection to the greater Stuttgart area with airport - only about 30 minutes away. A large covered wooden terrace with lawn surrounds the entire apartment and helps you relax. The underfloor heating and a ventilation system ensure well-being. Fast Wi-Fi (100 Mbit DSL) and a large TV complete the package.

Beautiful small apartment, well equipped

The cozy 31 m² apartment is located on the west side of Tübingen & yet quite central. The bed is a 160cm wide, foldable sofa bed. There is a small kitchenette, as well as a little dining area and a bathroom with a shower. A generally used washing machine & dryer is available. Nice and quite large balcony with a beautiful view comes with the apartment. The basic kitchen utensils are available for use. Sheets, towels, hair dryer, as well as shampoo & shower gel to get round the first days supplied

Tübingen is a university town, so our house in Schönblick is actually a student house. Here students live in shared apartments on two floors, the hosts on the first floor. The basement apartment is a high-quality, bright and cozily furnished 1-room apartment with 36 square meters, a spacious bathroom and a new, fully equipped fitted kitchen. Since the basement rooms of the apartments and the heating are behind the apartment, the hallway cannot and must not be locked.

A modern bathroom is presented with dark tile walls and flooring. A sleek glass partition separates the shower area, which features a handheld showerhead. A white toilet is positioned against the wall, accompanied by a light-colored bath mat on the floor.

Really loved our stay. We were travelling with our dog, and it was very nice with a closed of yard for her to explore without us having to worry. The room was very cosy and clean and we felt very at home. nice, big and clean bathroom.

Sanja & Christian are quite wonderful hosts and the room has a very lovingly designed interior in a pleasant atmosphere. I enjoyed positive energy for three days and very good sleep at night! The beautiful city center is within walking distance and the sun was shining for me - wonderful spring colors everywhere. I highly recommend this cozy place and say thank you for your warmth! We stayed two nights at Chris's, and it was ideal! The place is two minutes from the market square and overlooks the Neckerinsel. Chris himself was always available, and on the 1st floor there were many books about Tübingen and the surrounding area. If we could, we'll definitely stay there again.

A modern kitchen is equipped with sleek white cabinets and stainless steel appliances. A large window provides natural light and a view of greenery outside. The gas stove, sink, and countertop create a functional workspace, complemented by a cutting board and kitchenware arranged neatly.

Medieval idyll in Tübingen-Bebenhausen

Directly on the monastery area worth seeing in a spacious room with a large bathroom, with a suitably rustic ambiance, we felt very comfortable and welcome with Donna. Over a glass of wine, we then exchanged views with Donna about "God and the world". The local shopping and dining options are limited, but the bakery in Tübingen is just 15 minutes away by bike. The bike path to Tübingen is wonderfully developed and without significant incline. We enjoyed the two days in Tübingen and at Donna's and will be happy to stay at Donna's again on our next visit to Tübingen.
