The spacious apartment with 74 square meters has 2 bright living rooms with large south-facing windows with access to the beautiful, well-kept garden with terrace. There is a private entrance. It is located on the edge of Schönbuch. Located on the vineyard in a south-facing location and with wonderful views over the Ammertal, beautiful hikes can be made here. With the Ammertalbahn, which runs every half hour, in 10 minutes to Tübingen, there is a very good connection.

A spacious sleeping area features a large bed with two separate toppers dressed in crisp white linens. Soft, neutral-toned blankets are neatly folded at the foot of the bed. Two bedside lamps are positioned on either side on white nightstands against light-colored walls.

There is no sink. The dishes are washed by us daily. The upper floor has no apartment door. The rooms and bathroom can be locked.
