Here, on the second floor of one of the oldest houses in Tübingen from the 14th century, there is an elaborately renovated and furnished apartment, 60 square meters, for up to four people. Everything for a successful stay in Tübingen, including a parking space in the nearby parking garage.

The basement apartment is a high-quality, bright and cozy 1-room apartment with 36 sqm, a spacious bathroom and a new, fully equipped fitted kitchen. From the hallway of the apartment, the doors to the basement rooms/heating system go off. The hallway must therefore not be locked.

We warmly welcome you to our charming 3-room apartment in the Tübingen suburb of Weilheim. We live in a beautiful old farmhouse, which is on a cul-de-sac. The field starts right behind our house. You will be staying with us and our tenants in a house. We share the front door and the staircase, and every now and then we hear each other too. We rent out 2 nice, bright rooms for 1-5 people with shower and toilet, bed linen and towels, a lounge with fridge, dishes, kettle, coffee maker, pastry machine and a small cooking area. There is no sink. We wash the dishes every day. The upper floor has no apartment door. The rooms and the bathroom can be locked. If needed, we rent out 2 e-bikes at a reasonable price for rides in our beautiful area.
