Monthly Rentals in Amitis beach

Villa Athina is a special place, truly one of a kind. We loved it from the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect and one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever been to. You can tell that there was a lot of love put into the whole space. We would come back, literally anytime my only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer! It’s about a 30 minute drive from Naxos town, so it’s definitely for those who want to rent a car and get a little bit out of the town! The beach near by is amazing and we can’t wait to come back

This house is absolutely wonderful, it is beautiful, very well maintained, and decorated with a lot of love. It's very close to an almost empty beach and has an incredible ocean view. It is a villa where you can find peace and enjoy every detail that Fani prepares in her home. Because you can tell that it's hers and she thinks of everything someone might need and makes it available: a fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast for a couple of days, a beautiful bathroom with even new toothbrushes... A huge porch for eating and relaxing, beautiful rooms with sheets and five-star hotel touches, and a rooftop where you can see the entire coast and an incredible starry sky at night. It's been a long time since I've enjoyed a summer house with my family so much. Many thanks to Fani for taking such good care of us and being so kind.

had an AMAZING time staying right next to the Aegean sea. falling asleep to the sound of the waves every night was lovely, and Apollonas is just a short walk away with great food. Aspasia was so friendly and helpful, and always quick to respond. can't wait to come back!

Very nice place to stay right on the sea. Everything exactly as shown in the photos. As a welcome gift there was homemade lemonade and jam. There is a small private beach right in front of the garden. The area is very quiet and there are no tourists nearby. The water is wonderful.
