Another great weekend at Ed’s! It was our group’s second time staying here, and we loved it just as much as the first, which is to say—a lot! Ed is very considerate and responsive, and there’s plenty to do for everyone. We are already looking forward to next year!

We had a lovely family Easter weekend - 6 adults, 4 kids. The house was very comfortable and spacious. The kids loved the game room and the giant downstairs television! Great yard too.

Wonderful place to stay for a family getaway - the view from the grounds was stunning and the kitchen is lovely and spacious for cooking! Loved the ping pong table and darts! Would recommend :)

We had a very nice stay for a family wedding. Sharing the house with two combined families in January and the house was great for this. There are rooms with 3-4 beds in each so if you are looking for bedroom privacy then this house probably isn’t it. That said, we are all family so was fun to bunk up! The area is beautiful and there r a great set of trails right at the end of the road for hiking, walking cross country skiiing etc. Overall, a great stay and Kimberly was very communicative with everything

Wonderful place for our family to spend the weekend while we attended our daughter's graduation a half hour away in MA. Clean, comfortable, spacious and charming in a quiet neighborhood. Auria provided clear instructions, check in was a breeze, and she was extremely proactive and helpful. She responded immediately to questions and was always cheerful and polite. One of the best Airbnb experiences we have had so far. I can not recommend this highly enough.

Set upon the eastern bluffs of the Berkshire hills, Highfields farm is a stunningly beautiful property with great vistas. The autumn leaves were changing and the crisp clear mornings gave way to comfortably warm days.! The night sky was spectacular without light pollution. We will be back

The house was amazing and perfect for my whole family! Kathleen was an awesome host and if we had any questions-always got back to us. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the grounds perfect to play outdoor games--screened in porch perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening--I truly could go on and on about her amazing home! We had a wonderful long weekend at Elle’s house. The bedrooms and living spaces were thoughtfully laid out and decorated beautifully. A short drive to lots of little cafés and hiking trails. We appreciated the quiet solitude of this little getaway in the Berkshires, and the ping pong table too. We didn’t get to use the lake (snow in April!) but hope to return to try again!

I genuinely don't know what to say other than the fact that this may be one of the greatest places I've had the honor to lodge at. I did a lot of vetting across New England to find a wonderful place that could sleep a decent amount of people, provide a scenic and comfortable escape, and keep us entertained. Sarah's wonderful Stone and Sky Lodge exceeded every expectation I just listed. It's cozy, warm, and feels like a hidden nook! The scenery and nature couldn't be more beautiful. I never got the pleasure to meet Sarah, though I wish I did. Over messages and from what my friends told me, I just know that Sarah is the most hospitable and kind host that I've talked with in a while, and I hope that next time I can thank her personally. From my friends and I, we thank you for sharing your home with us. If you think that the excellent reviews are too good to be true, don't. This IS the truth, and I can't wait to have another reason to come back to this wonderful treasure of a place.

The place was incredibly beautiful. The photos did not do it justice. It is in the middle of nowhere. Tina was very detailed in her instruction and one of them was that you must bring groceries because the closest grocery store is 30 minutes away. If you decide to book this place, read her detailed instructions. They are very helpful. The home offered a full kitchen which made it so easy for us to prepared our family's meals without struggling. The hot tub was such a treat. The basement had lots of games, a couch to launch and another TV. Perfect if you come with children. We were seven adults and we did not feel that we where on top of each other. The high ceiling truly made one of our boys (the giant) feel at home. Even the basement had a high ceiling. Pretty cool. Tina was incredibly nice and flexible. Check in is at 4 pm and we arrived earlier. We decided to contact her to see if it would be okay to check in earlier and she accommodated us. Thank you soooo much.

My family of four loved Christine’s place! She is so thoughtful, leaving yummy snacks plus necessities as well. She’s a great baker and provided us with some yummy treats! The beds were super comfy and cozy, bathrooms were clean and well-equipped and we loved being both close to downtown but also could go hiking out the back door. We feel so grateful to have had such a lovely and relaxing place to stay. Thank you, Christine! ❤️

Thanks for a great one-night stay at your beautiful home. We got to celebrate Easter here on our way to the Boston Marathon 2025! The home was quiet, clean, and in a beautiful location. It was very comfortable, and it had everything one would need from sheets, towels, fully stocked kitchen etc. We wished we could've stayed longer!

This is a place that gives families the time, simplicity, and space to relax together and reconnect. All of the happiness and love of many generations fills the air. This is a wonderful setting for extended families and friends to gather. There is a lot for everyone to do at the house, the lake, and in the Monadnock region. This is a one of a kind property that is very special today more than ever.

This was a great home away from home. Wish it didn’t rain as much as it did. We really wanted to walk the grounds more. Inside was cozy and warm. Anything you needed it was there. Will definitely keep this in mind when we need a place in this area! Good value, very clean, lots of nice touches like dishes for the dogs, adorable room for the kids, comfy blankets and pillows, muffins for the morning. Description was perfect, if we had more time we would have tried out the fire pit! Nice area, super easy to get to and get in. Very responsive host!

Exactly as described. Agree with the other reviews - not recommended for anyone with mobility issues and the shower pressure was very low. Overall, easy location, close to Mount snow, beautiful home. I would stay here again.

Beautiful location in Otis, right on the lake and so peaceful. The house is very spacious and easily accommodated our family ( 7 adults and 2 children). All the windows in the house provided great views of the lake, especially from the deck. Our host Nick was very responsive when we had questions or any concerns. Would be nice to come for a stay during the summer.

This was our fourth time staying at Brooksley's place, and we're sure to be back again in the future, too. The proximity to Northampton is perfect -- close enough for a quick drive to Smith and into town, but just far enough away to feel peaceful and quiet. The hosts responded very quickly to any of our questions or needs, and this was much appreciated.

Wonderful space and location! Mattí was responsive and friendly, and provided helpful info before and during our stay. The house is beautiful and walkable to North Adams. Loved it.
