The Ashford Lake cottage was absolutely perfect for our sister birthday weekend! The hot tub, fire pit, screened in porch, and dock all were perfect for catching up, relaxing, and enjoying each other's company. The house was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need and everything was extremely clean. Jason was extremely attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I can't recommend this cottage enough and hope to visit again in the future!

Mark's High Pocket Bed and Barn was absolutely stunning and cozy. My friends and I stayed while attending a wedding nearby, and were so delighted by the home the minute we walked in. Thoughtful furniture and decoration through out the house, as well as beautiful yard and walking paths that were so nice to explore on a sunny spring day. The home was immaculately clean and well stocked. Mark was very communicative and responsive. We would all very happily stay at this home again!

Great location. Close to North Adams and Rt 2. Perfect set up for a family gathering. Several common rooms to enjoy together.

A fantastic getaway on the quiet and peaceful Lake Tully, complete with all the amenities you could need. We took the canoe and kayaks out and had a great time catching bass. The spacious backyard gave the kids plenty of room to run and play, and the hot tub was a great bonus. We would absolutely stay here again!

Tina's house was immaculate, comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed the hot tub very much. Kids had a ball in the game room downstairs. Tina responded promptly to our requests. I would highly recommend her home for family get togethers.

I was planning on my proposal and wanted somewhere special. The window house was exactly that. Private, peaceful, super clean, amazing views and wildlife. Taylor and Marla were EXTREMELY good at communicating and getting back in a timely manner. If you and your significant other are looking to get away, this is the place. It’s sublime.

This home is just what the pictures show. It was a great first experience with Airbnb. Checking in and out was simple. The only thing we noticed is that one of the bathroom’s trash was not thrown out. Other than that, no other issues. The home is very nice and clean. Just an FYI for future renters, the house is in a Main Street but we didn’t mind the minimal traffic noise, mostly at night, since we live in a big city and are used to it. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Debra's log cabin. Beautiful location, glorious and cozy home, and fun amenities. We played foos-ball and spent many lovely, peaceful hours in the cabin. Be careful in the winter/early spring as the walkways and driveway can get icy, but it's worth it to make it up them both.

This is a great property. An abundance of communal space, porches front and back. Also an extremely well equipped kitchen. A few blocks off the Florence Main Street, and just a few minutes by car from downtown Northampton. The neighborhood itself is very quiet, unless you are counting all the birds in the trees that shade the property. It's also close to the interstate if this is going to be your base of operations for wider adventures. I would definitely recommend it for a group over any hotel in the area, and I've tried several over the years.

Sandra was amazing, she allowed me to come in early to use the fridge as we moved from another Airbnb. We had a small issue which she did her absolute best to resolve which wasn’t a big deal. We appreciated her and her treats and warm feelings she left us. Her home made it feel like it was our own. 10/10 would come back again and stay there especially if I come back on vacation. The view in the backyard was awesome too!

This place was great, I was a little concerned it may be too rustic based on the pictures, but the place was fabulous. No problems with wifi, access, sleeping arrangements. The open space for the kitchen/tv room were so great for our large family. Everything is well appointed, there are clear instructions everywhere on how to use anything in the house. It was really nice for our short weekend stay for graduation. I felt the kitchen was better stocked than most places I've stayed. They had everything we needed. I wish we could have used the fireplace on this rainy cold weekend, but heard maybe it's an Airbnb thing not an owner thing. If you want to head to this area, this was a great place to stay.

We had a fantastic long weekend on Lake Mattawa. Came to celebrate our son’s graduation from UMass. It was an easy 30 minute drive to campus for graduation. The cottage was a perfect place to hang out as a family…we paddled, fished, played games and cooked. Enjoyed eating on the deck and loved having our morning coffee on the sun porch. Really liked the Quabbin Harvest Coop (awesome local produce and supplies) and had an amazing sandwich at the Corner Cafe. Hope to return!

We enjoyed our stay at Tanya's house while visiting the UMASS Amherst Campus. The location was excellent. So close to the school and minutes to downtown. A very walkable area. The house was extremely clean and stocked with thoughtful extras for added convenience. Everything was exactly as described and pictured in the listing. Tanya's communication was always clear and she was very responsive and proactive in addressing any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and would not hesitate to stay here again myself. Thank you!!

The house was perfect for the weekend with family and friends. We were celebrating graduation for our daughter and 2 other friends. Vijay was great about letting us gather at his place to celebrate the graduates. He was very responsive when I reached out to him about questions that I had. I would highly recommend this house. There was plenty of space for our gathering, lots of beds, kitchen was great and the yard was perfect.

We had a lovely time with our family! We were with 2 young children and my elderly father who cannot walk well (uses a walker). The house was perfectly designed to accommodate my father and had great living areas for us to spend time together. A very cozy, warm and welcoming home (with lots of amenities!). Yael is a very friendly, responsive host. We’d gladly come back for another winter or perhaps a summer stay! Thank you Yael!

Historic house on a beautiful property. Kitchen had all the equipment you could need along with top of the line stove and oven. Make cooking for a large group easy and enjoyable!

Wonderful place for our family to spend the weekend while we attended our daughter's graduation a half hour away in MA. Clean, comfortable, spacious and charming in a quiet neighborhood. Auria provided clear instructions, check in was a breeze, and she was extremely proactive and helpful. She responded immediately to questions and was always cheerful and polite. One of the best Airbnb experiences we have had so far. I can not recommend this highly enough.

We had a very nice stay for a family wedding. Sharing the house with two combined families in January and the house was great for this. There are rooms with 3-4 beds in each so if you are looking for bedroom privacy then this house probably isn’t it. That said, we are all family so was fun to bunk up! The area is beautiful and there r a great set of trails right at the end of the road for hiking, walking cross country skiiing etc. Overall, a great stay and Kimberly was very communicative with everything

We had an amazing stay! David was quick to respond with any questions I had and even came out to hook up the propane tank for the heated pool. I saw in previous reviews about the tricky driveway but David’s description of it is perfectly accurate and not any trouble, just a little steep but nothing super tricky to deal with! The house has a beautiful setup and view, very clean and so much space. Even though it was cold and rainy we had the most fun and peaceful stay at this home. The bride of the bachelorette group said she wants to book with David on her own just for another stay/get-a-way! Highly recommend this beautiful space!

Kelsey is flexible and responsive. You can tell she thought about how to curate a great stay by all of the amenities and presentation of the house. It’s cozy! Kelsey does have house rules but they’re not overbearing and if anything it was nice to have clear expectations communicated from the beginning.
