We live on the premises and enjoy sharing our home with families with kids, couples and solo travelers. Our B&B Style home is in a central location in Lynchburg close to all colleges and amenities. You’ll love my place because of its private location, great accommodations and wheelchair accessibility. Breakfast is available for an additional $10/person/night. Our cabin was originally a grainery. We moved it to sit on a wooded knoll on our working sheep farm. Mornings can be spent relaxing on our front porch while watching lambs play. We offer a firepit and outdoor furniture to better enjoy the peaceful seclusion of our slice of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Guests are just 10 minutes to downtown Lexington, Virginia Military Institute, Washington & Lee University, Southern Virginia University & the Virginia Horse Center. The owner is a VMI alumnus.

A great family home that is perfect for gathering. There are three bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed. The two guest bedrooms have 2 singles in each. A pack and play, as well as air mattresses are available. The upstairs has 2 full baths, and the main level has a half bath. Laundry is also available. Situated on a large 1 acre lot this is perfect for outdoor entertaining. Netflix and Hulu are available on two big screen TV's. Outdoor and indoor toys available.
