Nedra and Bubba made me feel welcome from the moment I met them. They helped me pack in my luggage and showed me around the place. It was cozy and warm! I saw them through out my stay but they were always giving me my privacy. The house is in such a great location, it allowed for close access to restaurants, historical spots and entertainment. Definitely would stay here again!

I added the loft to a list years ago thinking it was too good to be true. Stumbled upon the listing again when looking for a couple of nights stay to destress. After seeing years of amazing reviews, I decided to book. I was BLOWN AWAY! The great communication with the hosts, ease of parking and the pure perfection of an Airbnb. This place is isn’t cookie cutter and that’s really what makes it perfect. Incredibly clean, the bed is amazing, couch cozy and vibes are 100/10. Add homey amenities and plenty of dining/cocktail options when venturing out. Again, the hosts are awesome and I can’t wait to come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our getaway at Kurt's place. We loved walking to the Virginian for dinner - we could see the Rooftop restaurant from his back porch/patio and it was so delightful just walking down the stairs to the left of the property and having a lovely dining experience. We also enjoyed cooking and found everything we needed. We hope to be back soon. It is truly a lovely place to stay! Thank you, Kurt, for being so responsive to our questions, too!

Great place to stay downtown. Very clear instructions to find and access. Parking space right next to studio. Warm, inviting and clean. Great alternative to a hotel with all the basics. Clear they thought what you might need. Great Japanese restaurant with take out across the street. Highly recommend!

Condo was perfect for our week-end stay! Location is convenient and walkable to all that downtown Lynchburg has to offer. Darren and Fran were great communicators...gave us very clear instructions and proactively checked in with us to make sure that our check-in went smoothly.

Fantastic place and deal! My husband and I stayed here for Liberty U’s CFAW. Will probably stay here again when we visit in the future. We didn’t hear anything from the apartment below. The place was nicely decorated as a home. It was a great getaway from the college, but still only 7 minutes drive. Courtney was really kind and responsive.

Ronald’s place was perfect for us! We came to the area for a dog trial and the farm setting was great for our dogs. It was soo comfortable of a place to stay, from the comfy couch to the fireplace (thermostat-controlled). It was extremely quiet and convenient for us. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

I had an extended stay. Eric & Misty made me feel extremely welcome, everything was in place, and check in and out were simple. The kitchen is well stocked and I felt like above & beyond was done for me to make my stay comfortable. Communication was excellent, the home is cozy, and the neighborhood, while convenient to everything, is peaceful & quiet with great neighbors. I felt very safe here. I recommend this place and would stay here again.

This place was a peaceful retreat for us while we were in Lynchburg for a college tour. It was very thoughtfully decorated. Honestly it felt so inviting that we wanted to extend our stay. We spent our morning coffee time on the porch admiring the river view and watching the bald eagles in their nest. So beautiful! Great place!!!

Nice views, peaceful setting. Plenty of space for a family of 4. Chessie Trail was great for running in the mornings, just a 1/2 mile from the house. We were there for a horse show and did not get to explore the area too much, but certainly seemed like there was plenty of hiking opportunities if we had more time.

I had an amazing time at Francesca’s. I stayed for my graduation weekend and she decorated the place with graduation decorations! She made deserts that were absolutely amazing. On the day of my department ceremony she made 2 special deserts for my husband and I. She stayed in constant communication. If I’m in the area again I would definitely stay here again!

Loved staying here! It was perfect for my husband, baby and I. The renovations were beautiful and honestly had a lot of thoughtful little details! It was very clean. I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hart’s place. They were so responsive and friendly when the dishwasher broke, they did everything they could to get it fixed quickly. They were always keeping me in the loop. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to the downtown Lynchburg area!!

This was a perfect location for our extended family visit. Close to University of Lynchburg. Apartment was perfect size for our extended family. Breakfast was delicious. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.
