Angela's place was the perfect stop for our Midwest road trip. Lots of space for the family and a wonderfully stocked kitchen that made saving some money on dinner a breeze. Angela was friendly and very easy to communicate with.

This space was great. It was described well in the listing. I highly recommend checking out the “Library Cafe” just around the corner they had a great breakfast. I would be glad to stay at this place again. 5Stars

this is an absolutely fantastic place to stay. Great views in the country, close to town with responsive and friendly host. plenty of room for the whole family with everything you need. I recommend this place for anyone wishing to house their family foe any occasion.

We had a great girls weekend! The house was the perfect size and a great location. Loved having the grocery store next door! The house had everything we needed!

We have stayed at this location several times while visiting our son who attends Simpson College. It works great for our family and will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this adorable cottage. If you appreciate architecture and the character of historic houses, you’ll really love this sweet home! The home was spacious enough for our group of 4 adults and communication was excellent. Of most importance…the house was VERY clean. We’d stay again!

The cozy house was perfect for our weekend in Des Moines! It was easy to find and in a very quiet neighborhood! It wasn't far from some great restaurants! The house was clean and we felt right at home!

Two of us in town for a memorial service and gathering of friends. The place was great-perfect size-two bedrooms worked for us perfectly-cute place. Minor point is a bathroom typical of these little homes, with a toilet literally right next to the tub/shower with only an inch or two to spare on the sides-made for some interesting "negotiating!" But as I said, this is minor. Shower great! Located in a great neighborhood, peaceful, safe to walk, close to a mall and restaurants etc. Be aware there is a basement tenant- took us by surprise but that was because we didn't read the description fully! They were super quiet and we barely knew anyone else was there. Their apartment is separate from the unit. Definitely recommend the place and Josh was quick to respond to any questions we had. Great front porch for sitting and watching the world, lots of windows, good linens and towels, extra blankets, easy on street parking., Keurig, so very quiet-we would rent again in a heartbeat....

Great place to stay while in DesMoines. Carl is a 5⭐️host and was extremely responsive. House is a super cool space- very welcoming and comfortable. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Private patio is fantastic… there is also a very large shared yard and gazebo. Neighborhood felt very safe- walked during the day and evening. About 6-10minute drive to downtown. Tons of on street parking. Would highly recommend choosing this property

This was the perfect little spot to land for a tournament my daughter was playing. It was cozy and had everything I needed. Even though it was a little chilly outside, I enjoyed sipping the complementary coffee provided out on the sunny deck. I would totally book again!

Jesse was a great host. He answered any questions I had promptly, the home was more than accommodating, great location and a peaceful area. I highly recommend Jesse and this home.

My wife and I drove down from Twin Cities (MN) to ride the high trestle trail. The location of Renee's Airbnb in Madrid was perfect. The weather early April was a bit cooler than expected so we didn't spend as much time on the trail as we would have liked but greatly enjoyed exploring Madrid and surrounding towns. Beautiful country! Renee was a great host and the Airbnb was perfect for our needs. Normally we rent entire property but we found Renee's upstairs Airbnb space very quiet, peaceful and comfortable. Everything was as advertised. We would definitely stay again.

Three rooms- no door to separate basement space from upstairs but me and my kitties stayed in one room. Suzy was very nice and welcoming. Very much appreciated the stay.

This is place is in a fantastic location with easy access to downtown DSM. I enjoyed my stay here and the walking convenience to great coffee shops, lunch, and dinner.

It was everything and more Dan was a great host and his place was great would definitely come back again!
