Great place for our family to call home base for a few days. The house is just as described and was probably the most well stocked Airbnb I can recall staying in recently. The neighborhood is quiet and was pretty walkable for us; there is a park at the end of the street and we even walked to Hyvee on a nice day. The back porch is huge and a great place to hangout!

Jenna was timely and detailed in her communications which I appreciated. The house is quite cozy and I love that it is uncluttered. Everything was clean and as it looked in the photos. The location of this home is great! It is close to campus but also close to downtown Ames. It is kind of in the middle of everything yet nestled in a neighborhood which is nice. It had plenty of space for us and Jenna had thought of many little things to make sure we had what we needed including a few toiletries in the bathroom.

We had a great stay at this adorable cottage. If you appreciate architecture and the character of historic houses, you’ll really love this sweet home! The home was spacious enough for our group of 4 adults and communication was excellent. Of most importance…the house was VERY clean. We’d stay again!

We celebrated a sweet 16 at Farmpond Inn and its was a real treat. The location felt peaceful and relaxing. We loved the cute design and decor. Evie was very friendly and welcoming. Hot tub was awesome too. Would definitely consider it again for a nearby getaway.

Heaths' place was a great property with convenience around the corner. The quiet subdivision with small park located in the back yard was great for the kids. Expansive floor plan with lots of sleeping arrangements. overall a perfect fit for our family visit.

My family and I stayed here for about 2 weeks while I worked in the area. It was such a spacious and nice home, had all the kitchen/bath amenities that are needed and more. It’s a small town in a great neighborhood and couldn’t have been happier. Luz is a very kind and responsive host and would recommend it to anyone needing this size of a home in the area. Thanks a ton!

Katie and Winston, were extremely attentive, thoughtful, and helpful. Check-in was easy, the house was immaculate, spacious enough for four of us and well-maintained. It was located very centrally to Iowa State University, neighing towns, public parks and nature walks. There was a supermarket and numerous other stores less than 5 mins away. The neighborhood was very peaceful with some beautiful homes, trees and gardens. Overall, I would recommend this home, Katie and Winston without hesitation.

Perfect place for a girls weekend! House was exactly as described. Loved gathering around the high top dining room table for our morning coffee. Bryan & Tracy were super responsive anytime I messaged. And, big shout out to Tracy for bringing us extra towels :-) Great location in a quiet, well kept residential area. We were able to take advantage of the new deck on an 80 degree March day. Can we talk about those beds?? OMG - super comfy, probably the best I've encountered while traveling. The duvets were super fluffy! After spending most of the day away, it was great to come "home" to a cozy, comfy space, even with a group of 6, never felt like we were crowded. Great place and great hosts - don't hesitate to book this gem, you won't regret it!

Gina was great! She gave easy and clear instructions and was responsive to messages. Her home was cozy and clean. She also had little extras like donuts, milk and juice as well as some fruit and snacks for us. She also had a great selection of board games that we really enjoyed. And the hot tub shed was so cute and fun! We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

We only needed 2 nights but had to pay for 3--so it was a bit pricier than I would have liked, but we knew that when we made the reservation and the location and property were so perfect that it was still the right place for us. Jill was very helpful when we needed anything and we really enjoyed our stay!

We had great stay at Kevin’s and definitely hope to stay here again on future visits to ISU. Kevin is a top notch host with quick, helpful responses. We especially appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was! It is hard to find a place with all of the pots, pans, utensils, storage containers and utensils needed, but this place went above and beyond. Lots of great details and extras like coffee/hot chocolate pods, lots of seasonings and even popcorn for the movie theatre room. Thank you Kevin!
