Monthly Rentals in American Falls

A truly fantastic stay! Frank and Zoltan’s attention to detail shines through from their gorgeous home, to their detailed instructions, to the homey atmosphere they created for check in. A beautiful home, and great pool. Very close walk to Clifton Hill and you can see the fireworks over the falls from the backyard. I would definitely recommend!

A little place to escape the traffic with easy access to services close by and the added bonus of parking. New, clean and a well equipped kitchen.

Lenny’s place was perfect for our weekend stay. It’s in the perfect location, walkable to Niagara Falls state park, Rainbow bridge, Maid of the Mist, and restaurants/shopping. It’s as described and the view is incredible. We could see the falls and fireworks from the windows. We would absolutely stay again.

Kayla was very responsive. We did have issues with the initial temperature in the unit (really warm, we were sweating in April) and there were not controls for us to make changes ourselves. A few open windows and some back and forth communications with Kayla and we finally got the right combination of settings to make it comfortable. They had a fan, but I was glad I brought a rechargeable camping fan since there are not a lot of outlets in the unit (older building). The area is a pleasant residential neighborhood with plenty of walkable areas to take dogs. It worked well for our needs. 15 min walk to the main drag near Rainbow Bridge to see the falls/catch the bus to get up to the table rock area. 25 min to walk to Table Rock/edge of the Horseshoe falls.
