Waterfront vacation rentals in Amelia Island

Our stay was fantastic! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. Great location and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

Gerard's place was clean, comfortable and for us, very convenient walking distance to Fort Mose where we were attending the Jazz & Blues festival. We will stay here again if we are in the area!

Leslie and her place are a great spot for everyone that wants to be in a safe and chill location in JAX. The area isn't too close to the beach, but has a good bus system nearby and is in relative good distance to visit the Riverside, Avondale, and Downtown area. Furthermore, Leslie is a great host. She and her family are caring and gentle people, who will give you attention and assistance. Her place is comfortable, equipped with all necessary needs, and with a beautiful back and front garden. In fact, I would say that the pictures of the place aren't capable of describing how good and comfortable the site is. There are good restaurants, grocery stores, and parks nearby, surrounded by houses of beautiful architecture. Unless you don't have a car, can't afford many uber rides, and your main goal is to go to the beach or the zoo, Leslie and her place are a great if not the best deal to make. I look forward to seeing them again.

Book! You won't be disappointed!This was my 2nd time back. I was last at Don's place 3 years ago and everything was just as the 1st time round. Beautiful, private & quiet, the grounds are absolutely stunning. The dock amazingly beautiful. My fiancée and I absolutely love KimbleHouse! Don is always responsive and helpful we grilled this time on the patio... everything was available for our use. Bike riding through the neighborhood was serene. We even had the option to fish, Don provided all the equipment for everything. We will definitely be back. It's our little getaway for sure! Thanks Don we really appreciate your hospitality! Actually this was our first Airbnb. We typically stay at high end hotels. However, we thought we would give this a try since so close to where our daughter attends school. Stay was in a like new unit above garage. Host lives in home on property. Very friendly and responsive. Property is stunning with huge weeping willows. One concern was that unit was hot. Unit sits above the garage and has skylights that lets sun in. We turned a/c down a few times but it seemed to revert back to higher temps. Beds were too stiff and uncomfortable for us. Therefore, we had problems sleeping through the night both nights we stayed there. However, with hat said, we would definitely stay there again! The beauty of the property, location to our daughter, and great host makes it a must stay.

I rented this property for the Georgia Florida game, and it was perfect. Very clean & modern. The owener did a great job. 5 stars!

We had a great time at Wymans apartment. The flat is big and lots of sunshine, great kitchen and outdoor area. Especially the gym and pool are a great plus. The communication with Wyman was great. Thank you again.

I have never had a harder time leaving a rental home than I did when we had to say goodbye to this one. Between the charm and comfort of the house and the beautiful setting, our family had a truly magical stay. We were mesmerized by the marsh and the wildlife, birds, etc. We had an incredible time paddleboarding the marsh right from the home's dock during times of the day of higher tide. The house has fantastic decor, space, and comfortable beds and furniture. Everything about the property is lovely. What a great location to explore St Augustine, which is our favorite town in Florida, and the surrounding area. It was so nice to have a quiet, peaceful haven to call home base for the week. Home was as described. Very spacious neat and clean. Home is well stock with basic necessities in case you forget items for your trip. If you have extra items pay it forward Home has a an abundant supply of games and books for kids and adults to occupy their downtime. There’s a very nice view in the backyard a waterfront view. You can enjoy the scenery in the morning or at sunset. Owner has personal items in the home so be very respectful. There are three bedrooms that are available all located upstairs. There’s one TV in the home located in the downstairs area. Air conditioning and fans in every room, linen and towels to accommodate as well as a washer and dryer. Home is located in a central location with access to mini shops, restaurants and attractions.

It was just what we needed. Very accommodating , it was what had been described. Huge rooms . It was great would use it again

Our family had a wonderful, peaceful vacation. It was a perfect location- quiet and away from the hustle of St. Augustine but close enough to access all there is to do there. House was perfect size for family of 4. Host was very responsive and helpful! I highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful beach vacation!

We use Airbnb and VRBO a great deal and Tonya’s house while Small is perfect for our needs. It was spotless and clean inside and out. Tonya is very responsive and helpful and very friendly. The Seascape was an amazing property, literally on the beach side of A1A, right off the deck into the sand. very private. The house was roomie and clean. The kitchen and house was well equipped, lots of extras like spices, TP, trash bags, paper towels, etc... which is much appreciated on a trip. The beach was private and not a lot of people, extremely welcome!

Very comfortable uncluttered condo with a beautiful view of the ocean in a great neighbourhod. Listening to the sound of the ocean while falling asleep - so peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very spacious and perfect for our trip with another family. The two toddlers had a great time running around, and we didn’t have to worry because it was very kid friendly. It was about a five minute walk to the beach, and the provided beach supplies were a great perk of the listing! It was awesome to have access to a beach wagon to carry all of our stuff. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

We loved this Airbnb! Ocean views from every window and the patio allowed us to watch the sun rise every morning. Ground floor level, proximity to beach access & pool was convenient. Only good things to say about this little place.

This is hands down one of the best Air BNBs I have ever rented. Jacksonville Beach is actually my home town (I don’t live there anymore) so I knew my way around. But Rob & Nancy constantly made themselves available just in case we needed ANYTHING!!! The apartment was pristine and just so relaxing. We loved every minute and will definitely stay here again. Words can’t describe how beautiful the view was from our balcony. The beach couldn’t be any closer to our door and the apartment inside was perfect. Just what we needed after a day in the beach. The balcony/beach access was a super thoughtful feature we got lots of use out of! Can’t wait to return as soon as we can.
