Condo vacation rentals in Amelia Island

Absolutely beautiful apartment for a weeks staycation. The apartment was exactly as listed, pristine and homely. Perfect place and location for my family with two kids (11 and 8). The beach was delightful and the town quaint and relaxing to walk around with great restaurants, coffee shops and small independent vendors. Our property manager Ashley was phenomenal, super responsive and helpful. We’ll def be back!

This was easily the best AirBnb that I have ever stayed in. We came with 4 kids and a dog and felt right at home. The area is so peaceful and quiet, and felt very safe. When the listing says steps from the beach, it is truly steps from the beach, maybe a 2-minute walk. Laura has truly thought of everything, as we didn’t have to go out and buy any basics. From coffee filters, to laundry pods, we found that everything we needed was there. Her place is updated, immaculately clean, comfortable, and the items in her home (towels, furniture, etc) were high quality and better than what we have at home. The beach cart was perfect for lugging our stuff to the beach, and the provided beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels saved us a ton of room when we packed. The only thing we ended up buying were a couple boogie boards for our kids, which we just ended up leaving, as we will certainly be back.

We stayed here with our 9 month old son and it was perfect. Because it was so conveniently located to the beach and pool it wasn’t a big deal if our baby only lasted 20 minutes at either. This alone made it well worth our stay because it was stress free! The pack and play they had there worked great (but bring your own sheet) and we brought our own high chair. The place itself is spacious, beautiful, clean, and the balcony patio is fantastic. I would do Pilates on the balcony, spend evenings out there, and read during nap times. Another huge perk! Overall, we will recommend this to our family and friends and come back!

The location is very convenient for shopping and just a couple hundred feet to the beach. We spent a lot of time on the porch listening to the waves and enjoying the breeze. The unit is quite and well equipped, I was happily surprised that it had three different types of coffee makers; a K-cup style, a basket drip style and old-fashion perk style coffee maker.

Our stay at this beachfront condo was nothing short of perfect! The ocean views are stunning, and the location next to the Ritz-Carlton is unbeatable. The condo is beautifully decorated, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying our mornings on the balcony. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, providing everything from beach gear to local tips. We can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise!

Vitamin Sea is the perfect getaway. The condo is in a great location and is exactly as described. It is spotlessly clean and the view is amazing. Sitting in the recliners on the balcony in the early evening with the sound of the ocean is a highlight at the end of each day. Marissa is a very attentive host and very easy to communicate with. The condo has everything you would ever need. I would highly recommend this spot. We would definitely come back!

Kristi is an outstanding host. She had little snacks and water waiting for our arrival, while we absorbed the stunning ocean view. Everything here is as advertised and we were so lucky to find the oceanfront hideaway. We'll be back!

Galina (the owner) was fantastic. the property is being improved and renovated and was really comfortable and right across the street from the beach. A management company sets the rules/contract so there are some restrictions but they allowed our dog which was great. Galina was on property when we were there and our interactions were delightful. Amelia Island and the surrounding area are well worth a visit and Galina's units are well worth a stay!

The view was amazing and the condo was just as described and was very clean.

Once again, this little place exceeds expectations. Comfortable, with a location that can’t be beat, this is my go-to place when I visit PVB. I’ll be back again soon.

Paty was a great host! The condo/apartment was even more spacious than the photos show. Our stay was also close to the new developments/shops around town, making it easy to pick up last minute items for our trip.

Our entire week was perfect! Shastri was kind to us as our schedule changed and I had to move my date staying at his place. The instructions that were sent are clear and they give you everything that you need to know! The view from his place was amazing! Needed a peaceful getaway with family and this was the right spot! I would not hesitate going back again. Great host, great spot and beautiful location!

Roxanne was an incredible host and her place was just as described. Less than a 5 min walk to the beach. Our two dogs loved staying at her home, too, and we were so glad they could enjoy the beach with us. Roxanne was quick to communicate and recommend food in the area as well as tips on what to order where (she was spot on). We will absolutely come back!

Scott’s place was very clean and homey like also for older folks like my husband and I there is a elevator which made it very convenient . Scott was very friendly and communicated with us right away the view was gorgeous and well worth the price we paid which by the way was the most reasonable in the area especially for beachfront hotels and accommodation for 6 people . My daughter and her family stayed with us and was very impressed with the hotels cleanliness location and essentials that Scott provided. thank you very much ! we hope to stay there again soon we all enjoyed our stay 😃

From the time we arrived until we left, it was a peaceful and lovely get away. Lauren was great to respond when we had any questions . Would definitely stay here again and recommend it for a peaceful, relaxing beach getaway!

This is a really wonderful AirBNB. The beach views are just spectacular. It was neat and comfortable and easy to get to shops, restaurants etc. We had a wonderful time and can't recommend this highly enough.

Beautiful Place with a stunning view! Perfect for our family spring break vacation. I was amazed at how uncrowded the area was during spring break. A quiet getaway! The management company was very responsive to any issues. Loved our week at Shipwatch!

The property owner's responsive and timely communications are greatly appreciated. The two-bedroom condo was clean and compact with a small kitchen. What stood out during our three day visit was the close proximity to the beach (about a two minute walk on the access boardwalk) and downtown Fernandina Beach.

Cutie little condo for our girls trip! All the comforts of home & very peaceful surroundings. Very clean- beds & pillows were comfy., kitchen well stocked, lovely little screened in porch to enjoy in the morning. We didn’t walk the neighborhood as the weather was rainy off & on, but everything was an easy 3-10 minute drive away. We really enjoyed our stay here & would love to visit again.

This well-equipped two bedroom, two bathroom condo is clean, convenient, and comfortable. We loved the setup with independent bed and bath areas for guests and a roomy living/dining room. Very nice screened porch and community pool and great location within walking distance of the beach. Hosts were friendly and very responsive to questions. Attractive beach-themed decor was relaxing.

Our hosts were lovely and response to all our requests. The bedding was comfy and the mattress wonderful. We did have a problem with the key pad not working for a few days, however, we did receive quick attention by the owners giving us a key for entry. Also, the owners supplied the condo with many supplies that otherwise we would have to purchase. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this unit for rental.

This property (apt. # 241) was exactly what we were looking for a relaxing week vacation in warmer weather. The sunrises and views of the beach and ocean were beautiful. It was conveniently located wi a easy drive of other parts of the island and an easy walk to restaurants on the Omni campus. It was quiet and we found ourselves quickly falling into a routine of walking the beach every morning.
