Amazing vacation with plenty to do around Jacksonville. Me and my wife spent all week doing something different every day and everything was within a 30 min drive. The house was great and the sweatshop was even better. The hosts were responsive and great to talk too. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for this type of experience or just looking for an exciting getaway to try something new.

This was the perfect place for my wife and I to relax, recharge, and rekindle our romance. Paul and Kelly are incredible hosts and they have created an amazing space for couples to unwind and enjoy time with one another. The grounds provide plenty of privacy and the view of the river is beautiful and serene. This was the first time we have stayed in an RV and we found it cozy and very comfortable. The bed is large and comfy and there is plenty of space for cooking and relaxing. We enjoyed interacting with our hosts and they always made sure that we had everything we needed. We look forward to returning again very soon!

Leslie and Joe were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Their home was perfect for us. The house is a true beach house just a quick drive across the street from the ocean. The back yard is beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to help ease the stress of the storm. We actually came during Milton the Hurricane. We were seeking a safe place from the Tampa Bay Area. They were both able to ease massive anxiety by being so accommodating and we greatly appreciate everything. Can’t wait to visit again for a true vacation.

An absolutely beautiful place to stay! Natalia was a lovely host and was very kind to me, helping me with my luggage and bringing an electric kettle and toaster oven for me. It’s just beautiful to go and sit down on their dock and watch the sunset. I will stay here next time I am in the Saint Augustine area.

Wonderful Stay – Perfect for Families! We had an amazing 7-day stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience! We booked last minute and had no issues at all—everything went smoothly from the start. The home is incredibly family-friendly with lots of space for our kids to play and feel comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed, and it was a huge plus to have all the essentials provided—from toiletries to cleaning supplies. The washer and dryer were super convenient, and the hot tub was a fantastic bonus that made our evenings even more relaxing. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which really made us feel at ease. We would absolutely rent from him again when we come back to visit family. The location was also a huge perk—right next to a shopping center with great food options and an ice cream shop that’s a must-try. Their banana pudding ice cream was heavenly! First time in Jacksonville and we fell in love with this neighborhood! The house is awesome!!! My 3 year old jumped right into the pool, it was her favorite thing to do!! The highways separate San Marco, this house is in the residential side but we easily walked under the highway without having to cross major roads to the part with all the restaurants and businesses…we walked to southern grounds with our young kids every morning for breakfast and coffee, it was incredible and so kid friendly! The neighborhood was beautiful, safe, and lots of kids/families around, I wanted to buy a house here I loved it so much! The house was as described and perfect for us! Kitchen had everything we needed, bedrooms were comfy, modern decor, really awesome! The best part was the backyard and pool, we spend a lot of time back there. Also just a great location to see lots of Jacksonville and check out the beaches nearby, we would absolutely stay here again! Very responsive and polite hosts!

Amazing spaces indoor and out. The Airbnb pictures don’t do it justice. 3 bedroom, 3 bath, pullout couch. Sleeps 8 adults (willing to share beds) and 4 children (pullout couch and blow up mattress). Plenty of room for cooking, dining, well-equipped kitchen w/ air fryer, 2 coffee makers, crock pot and more. Great location 20 minutes from anything. Walked to stores (1.5 miles each way). Games and puzzles. Great master suite. Takes a few minutes to get hot water to back bathrooms, but be patient, it’s worth it. This could be a repeat for us!

We had a wonderful Easter stay with our family! Home is beautiful and great for a large family. The large fenced in yard and hot tub was an added benefit and felt very private. This is the 4th (and favorite) house we’ve rented in Jax and you can’t beat the privacy and amount of parking. Parking has always been an issue when renting other places! Kelicia gave us great recommendations for food and was very accommodating. I highly recommend getting a golf cart the location is perfect and close to everything!
