Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Amami Ōshima

My main purpose to visit Amami island was to see Nansei Shoto beautiful endemic birds, such as the Amami Woodcock, Ryukyu Robin and Lidth’s Jay. My initial plan was to stay here for one night and head to Yuwandake, but there was no need to go that far as most of my targets came to Oki’s garden! I woke up with a Ryukyu Robin singing. My stay here could not have been more enjoyable thanks to Oki’s kindness. He’s a great host and will make your stay in Amami a beautiful and memorable experience. We felt right at home in a very beautiful and clean space. The weather was unfortunate, but it was nice to have a view of the sea from the room.The host's response was also very quick and smooth.

miziki is a great host. the house is beautiful, old , made of wood, next to a beautiful beach, with corals on a dead end street. felt like the end of the island. how lucky to have been able to stay there. thank you mizuki

The road to the inn was narrow at first and I was worried, but once I got used to it, there was no problem because there were not many cars.The accommodation was more well equipped than I needed, and it was very comfortable.(Rope to hang laundry, extension cord, etc.) I'd love to use it again when I come to Amami next time.

The location by the sea was great, and it was a clean and perfect place to stay. It was a little disappointing that there was no Wi-Fi connection, but the open kitchen was well-stocked with seasonings, and the living room was spacious enough for six people, so it was a very good experience. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the linens, towels, and water areas.

There was a beautiful beach and convenience store nearby, and access to the airport was very good. The room was also very clean, and above all, it was surprising that there was a drum washing machine. The owner was also friendly.Thank you very much.

Close to downtown, reasonable, The room was clean and the facilities and amenities were perfect I had a comfortable stay as if I were living in Amami. I was grateful for the polite explanation and smooth check-in. I will stay again when I go to Amami.
