最高の宿泊先でした。自宅以上にくつろげる場所で平和で、家族全員リラックスできました。日常生活のあらゆる物が揃っており、ストレスなく過ごせました。全てのものが清潔で整頓されており、ホストの気遣いを感じることができました。チェックインも簡単でした。衣類乾燥機も使いやすく、洗濯も毎日できて、5つ星ホテルよりもずっと居心地が良かったです。キッチングッズも充実しており、地元の食材を調理して食べるのもとても楽しかったです。中学生、小学生の子供も家の中で楽しく、ゆっくりと過ごすことができました。ホストの心遣いにも感激しました。また必ず再訪したいです‼️

Airbnbの特性上、面と向かっての対人のコミュニケーションはないが、事前の連絡や説明、アメニティの準備から家具の設置まで全てがホスピタリティに溢れている宿だった。想像以上とはまさにこのことだった。人気が出過ぎで泊まれなくなることだけが心配だと感じた。

セルフチェックインなので直接はお会い出来ませんでしたが、要所要所でのこまめなご連絡いただけ、室内の清潔さと必要なものが全部と言って良いくらい揃っていて何一つ不自由することなく快適に過ごせました。窓の外の景色も綺麗でした。天気が生憎寒波でしたので、またリベンジしたいと思っています。

Un lieu très typique avec une plage privative qui vous offre de merveilleux couchers de soleil. On se croirait dans une petite maison de pêcheurs. Terrasse privative Maison bien équipée avec grille pain, bouilloire, four électrique, frigo, télé, wi-fi…. Robin a été très agréable et réactif et nous le remerciions chaleureusement. Attention si c’est venteux, la petite maison est mal isolée et tout le froid rentre. Notre seule déception : les lits pas de super qualité, la salle de bains mériterait d’être rénovée, et la déco manque à notre goût. Si nous devions revenir, nous retournerions chez Robin qui est un hôte exceptionnel et qui propose un lieu exceptionnel sur l’île!

Yes, it’s right on the beach. And yes it feels very private as there are only two small hotels around on other sides of the beach. Most busy there were something like 20 people on the whole beach. Nice! The beach is sand with small pebbled and dead coral. So it’s not just a sandy beach like some othear beaches at Amami, even ones very close by car. This was not an issue for us. Snorkelling is great and also easy even for smaller kids as there are no waves and some coral is really very close. We managed even with our youngest 4,5year old kid. House is nice, AC working very good if needed. Nothing to complain about. Communication with the host ok. Snorkelling gear we had some and we rented some at Isola blue cafe 3min by car. There is a parking space for 1 car. Would be happy to stay again. Lots of crabs around the beach and the house.

Very peaceful time in Yamato village, a bit remote from the city area where it’s much more convenient, but if you are looking for some peaceful quiet time, this place is great. The onsen Hanahana resort was really close by and we had a good time of water sliders and some sauna time on a rainy day. The owner couple was very helpful communicating where to eat and things to do.

We were looking for a place to spend the end of 2017 in a calm and peaceful place. We really have not been disappointed by this house that really allowed us to relax by the sea with a wonderful green environment. The house was clean and fully equipped to spend a great moment. I really recommend this place and the surroundings with white sand beaches. Amami really deserves to spend some days to discover this remote and secret island full of surprises and great people. We will come back!

The moment you enter this house, you will immediately notice that whoever lived here absolutely loved this house. Good spirits, not to mention that the location is within a Shrine so the spirits are looking after you. All the restaurants are within 10 minutes walking distance. Parking is absolutely a gift as you'll need a car in Amami. Lastly, if you require any (ANY) assistance just ask and your response will be 200%. In our case, JAL accidentally locked the suitecase so we need a locksmith. solved in about an hour. Our European ATM cards did not work so she discovered that AEON should work - it did. God Sent Support. All good.

It’s a really special place, totally unique in its offering. I loved falling asleep to the waves and having a morning swim in the cool ocean. Stock up at the supermarket and cook yourself up a storm with everything you need in the kitchen available. Will be back!

My main purpose to visit Amami island was to see Nansei Shoto beautiful endemic birds, such as the Amami Woodcock, Ryukyu Robin and Lidth’s Jay. My initial plan was to stay here for one night and head to Yuwandake, but there was no need to go that far as most of my targets came to Oki’s garden! I woke up with a Ryukyu Robin singing. My stay here could not have been more enjoyable thanks to Oki’s kindness. He’s a great host and will make your stay in Amami a beautiful and memorable experience. Thank you very much for everything, Oki San, and I hope to come back soon!
