Monthly Rentals in Alvediston

We felt at home straight away at Church Path Cottage. Was the perfect setting for our 3-night stay with our two boys (8 and 3) The cottage is really spacious and well equipped with a great size garden with beautiful countryside views, so lovely. We were really comfortable and found it a very peaceful stay, and we all slept well! Would love to come back!

Everything about this place was perfect for us. It was a 3 night NYE city getaway stay. Close to Shaftesbury. 5min drive to 3 National Trust prioerties/walks for our dog. And loads of cosy country boltholes. We love cooking and the kitchen has everything you need to make something awesome. Huge, quality bed and great shower.

Ginny is a very welcoming person and her home is absolutely stunning! The area is extremly private and we slept like babies! If we're ever in the area again, we will for sure book this place - amazing!

Linda was so welcoming and met us outside her cottage to walk round to the pink tower. She escorted us to the door and told us everything we needed to know about and that the black folder had everything in too. She never came in and told us that if we need her to message on air b and b chat as she would see it! So peaceful and quiet, lots of fields and views to die for. The balcony was lovely in the sunshine and in the evening for the dark sky watching. We only saw one other lady from a nearby cottage with her dogs and then Linda as we were packing the car to leave. Quirky and laid out beautifully for the amazing views. No shops close by to walk to, only a short drive away instead. Would recommend and stay again as was a great peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
