The apartment was beautiful, as shown in the photos, it had all the amenities that made our stay very enjoyable. I definitely recommend it, Giorgia was always attentive and very kind. We love the welcome touch. We hope to go back!

We stayed at Sandra’s second apartment when the first became unavailable. She was very accommodating and communicative. The second apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay. It is a short walk from two entrances to the wall and old city. It’s a great location and has a lot of local restaurants and services. Sandra helped us find a local office store to print a travel document that had to be printed at the last minute! Highly recommend Sandra as a host.

Magical stay at Paola's. Hard to describe in a few words all the kindness she showed us, we immediately felt at home. Paola picked us up by car at the train station and welcomed us with a nice bottle of wine and pizza - delicious - hard to have a better arrival especially after a long journey. She was very proactive throughout our stay and even took us half a day to Chianti so we could visit a vineyard because we didn't have a car - we still can't believe her generosity! She is very attentive to all her guests and her property is beautiful, we enjoyed the pool and the apartment is wonderfully well decorated and equipped. We highly recommend staying at Paola's, the best Airbnb host we've ever had. Thanks again for everything Paola, you've been wonderful, and we're already dreaming of coming back! Arrivederci! :)

Beautiful apartment, comfortable, clean and suitable for those of us who have babies or children. The only flaw is the parking, most of it is residential and those few (free) places are occupied quickly. Despite this, the house is worth 5 stars as well as the availability and kindness of the host.

Aris is friendly and responsive throughout all communication. He met us during check in and walk us through the apartments and even provided local recommendations. The apartment is clean and spotless and it is exactly as listed. The place is within 20 minutes walk from the train station but Florence is very walkable, so we walk to all places. Will definitely recommend Aris’s place for anyone visiting Florence!

Francesco's place was very comfortable and clean. You can tell he thinks of the small things and makes sure his guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. He is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Location is very good - easy ride from the airport and late check in (as was necessary in our case). Short ride into town.

Probably the best Airbnb we’ve visited. The apartment was super nice and Dan was an excellent host. Everything from check in to check out was fantastic. And the guide that Dan sent us was so informative and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Florence. And if we ever visited Florence again, we would love to stay at Dan’s place.

Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was very clean and extremely well stocked with everything we needed to cook wonderful meals! The location could not be beat! We hope to return someday to enjoy another stay!

We are 2 couples from Australia and we don’t want to tell you how much we loved this place in case it’s not available for us to book again! Everything about Lorenzo’s place was perfect. The rain had caused a few problems but it was all sorted v. quickly. His instructions to arrive via Google Maps worked v. well. We felt like we were truely at home in a luxury hotel. The fireplace was fun - outdoor bbq great -beds so comfortable- showers lovely. Just note:- one bathroom is downstairs from the bedrooms. Everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen for 2wks. The restaurants in San Miniato however are fabulous especially our favourite bar Ethan’s. It’s a 10 minute easy walk into the old centre. We enjoyed an amazing Farm-cooking experience at Francesco’s place - ask Lorenzo about it.

We were very happy at our stay at this wonderful little house. Very peaceful and the hosts were more than amazing.

Staying here was a dream come true! The view is breathtaking and the home is beautifully decorated in a cozy eclectic style while maintaining the rustic beauty of the structure itself and honoring it’s history. I will never forget this experience—ideal to visit with friends! It is located up a steep hillside and well worth the adventure to get there. Varinia literally thought of and provided every detail a guest would need. I would love to return one day!

When we arrived, we found that the pool was shared. This should have been clarified before booking. That said, everything else was perfect. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean. Carla was very nice. We had a wonderful time.

I would definitely book this apartment again. It was in a great location and easy to get to. The loft was nice and made it feel very spacious. quick walk to the terrazza and several places to eat. Thank you for a great stay. Next time it will be longer for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very high quality and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is literally steps from the main square and all the main attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with very high quality tools which was a plus for us. We also really appreciated having a large bed since that’s what we are used to at home but is not common in Italy. Lastly, the Internet was super fast and allowed us to get some work done. Would love to stay again in the future!

The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs! The place was delightful and well situated close enough to many things while still feeling secluded. Having two sets of keys was a great help also. I would definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved staying here! It is so charming and cosy. We felt relaxed straight away. The hosts complimentary items are really thoughtful. The apartment is perfect for two, immaculately clean with everything you need for a stay. Its a relaxing and comfortable space, attention to detail, feels like you’re being hosted by friends! Fast communication and the hosts are really friendly and helpful. So close to the town its a quick walk but the street is quiet still. Would definitely recommend!

Great price and location near my work that was easy to access, free parking and washer/dryer perfect for work. It was walking distance from a great restaurant and commercial area for breakfast and everything I needed. Bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay.

Francesco's modern, equipped, and sparkly clean place was perfect for our family. The tram and various bus lines were accessible, and the tourist attractions were even walkable. Would definitely stay here again!
